Extremely helpful! They helped me get gear for my son’s first tackle football season, answered all our questions checked the gear for fit. One of the items we brought was a helmet. I decided to replace the face mask because the paint was chipped and I did not know how to paint it. When I got it I could not get the old mask off. I brought it in and they spent the time to take it off, which was difficult and put the new one on for me!! I was so grateful for their time and help without question. I have always found everyone friendly and kind and then this just topped everything!! Thanks so much!

Dropped in today 8/5 at noon to grab a longboard, I’ve been putting off for months. The dudes let me try a couple boards out in the parking lot, and even knocked $10 off final coat! Y’all made my day, thank you for your kindness 😎

Always a great selection and great prices! I've been here multiple times for baseball gloves, cleats, golf equipment, etc. and they're always polite and helpful!! Will certainly be going back again soon!

I spoke with two different employees here today and they were AWESOME!!!!! They were extremely helpful and beyond nice. I needed a white football helmet, a specific size, with a black face mask and they went out of their way to get me exactly what I needed and had it ready for me when I arrived as they knew I was on a time crunch. I will ALWAYS shop here for sports gear for my son!!! They made my life so easy after stressing for two weeks about the helmet!! Thanks guys!!

I have visited this location twice this week, the first time a young employee was polite and helpful with a helmet purchase.
The second time the owner helped my son in getting properly sized with shoulder pads, football pants and shoes and was respectful of our time as we were in a pinch.
I definitely recommend this location!

Amazing! Hillary and her staff are super helpful. Great prices and amazing inventory, went in to say hi and see what was what, will be going back to check out that row machine a bit more seriously!

The staff here is top notch. I went in with my son and a list of lacrosse items he needed and they outfitted him head to toe, making sure every piece fit and felt comfortable. A few weeks later when we had to return a stick with a cracked cage, they were very accommodating and made sure we left with the best stick they could find!

Bought a board, boots and a new helmet for my 8 yo shredder today, all for under $100! It is an awesome place! Super great customer service by friendly guys who know what they are doing. We will def be back! Highly recommend!

Always a great experience. They have a ton of stuff. I was able to put something on consignment as well, which was quick, easy, and fair. They staff working are cool as well. Bikes for kids are very inexpensive for what you can get.

They were closed for a staff emergency for a few hours when I went to go check for an item in store. I received a response from their social media account and was given an explanation for the closure. Great customer service. Hard to find responsive, caring businesses these days.

Not all Play It Again Sports locations are made equal. In fact, the Castle Rock location is superior to any that I have ever experienced. Great service, a store stocked with quality softly used sports goods & of course great prices. It is worth driving a bit farther to check this location out. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience at this store! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I purchased a set of used golf clubs for my son to try out and he loved the sport so I returned them to get a new set. They made everything very easy and seamless. I highly recommend this store!!

Play It Again Sports in Castle Rock MUST be your first stop when looking for sports equipment! The owners are fantastic and always willing to help. I've been searching for free weights to add to my home gym and they finally appeared at Play It Again Sports. If you need ANYTHING, you need to stop here first (because why pay full, retail price for perfectly good equipment?!).

Unlike many used sporting good places, this Play It Again Sports was extremely clean and well-organized. In addition, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
