The staff was friendly and helpful when I picked up my TV. Everyone was happy to help and worked together to make my pickup order go very smooth. I really enjoyed the experience at this store even more than my usual store.

I came in looking for a TV and found one that unfortunately had the wrong price tag on it. So the process of moving three tvs back and forth ensued trying to get the right one. When The price turned out, actually be the same between on the two TVs I was spit on, the third one brought up was at the recommendation of Jay who was awesome in being honest with which product was better instead of saying they were the same (even at the same price). Just goes to show how some people are willing to put in the extra work, honesty, and provide great customer service. Big thank you to Jay!

Kai was wonderful, we just came in to buy a laptop and he spent time with us going through all the ones we were interested in, discussing the specs, and making sure we left with exactly what we wanted! Would highly recommend going to him for advice if he’s available!

The gentleman who helped me find "just the right stove" was patient and helpful. I had done my research and he found the perfect match. The entire process probably didn't take more than 30 minutes. It will be delivered and installed on the date that works best for me!

II recently purchased an Ibuypower Gaming desktop from Best Buy with 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F 2.10 GHz processor, came with 32 gigs of ram Incapable of upgrading that by 4 times. Great price on the 48" LG Oled. For a small area it is perfect. Yes, there are other faster frame rate versions from LG, but the picture is great and the features allow for great TV experience and gaming.

This best buy has never in my 30 yrs of living here had an issue. Awesome customer service and great attention to their customers. Better than any other beat buy I have visited

Since getting a my Best Buy Total account I have been buying all of my electronic/tech purchases here. Occasionally I'll have to go to another store in town, but I always try the Mississippi store first.

I've had multiple outstanding experiences with the support of the Geek Squad team at this location, but this past Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving, mind you) I was having some catastrophic issues with my computer. It uses a proprietary connection (ASUS XG mobile) to an external GPU. This connection was completely failing and the computer would no longer charge when connected to the external GPU, or switch over to the external GPU.

Ammar on Geek Squad took care of me right away. He was not only knowledgeable, but polite and communicated with me through the whole process. I'm honestly so thankful for his help, especially on an extremely busy day. Thank you, Ammar and the whole team at the Mississippi Ave Best Buy!

It's much cheaper to have a car stereo installed. Also, certain locations have better customer service, and I was able to pick up the part today, I may need for the installation scheduled for this Friday. I was able to reschedule for a sooner date and time.
