The UPS Store

I had a great experience here. I had a bunch of Christmas gifts to ship. The worker helped me carry the packages in the store, he patiently and carefully typed in all the addresses, printed the labels. I got to the store at 8 AM on a Friday and was done and out of the store by 8:20. I didnt catch the gentleman’s name but employee # 258486 was the MVP on this day.

The employee at the store was very helpfull and friendly and patient with me since it was my first time mailing a package and I was nervous. It really made my day that.

Place smelt nice and it was clean and organized the guy working there alone on Sunday (missed his name)he was from Florida anyway he was very helpful and efficient thank you I’ll be back

All women staff and they are absolutely amazing! They are fast moving and polite as well as professional. I never feel any bad energy when I go get my mail. Char is especially fabulous and goes above and beyond her job duties happily.

I just need commitments the promise with new employees about training. I was truly looking forward the promise was made to get my skills and training. But the little training I did had as a customer Service. To All my customers truly miss you all thanks 🙏 for your service. Char thanks 🙏 you giving me a chance. Oscar the Owner need to approve his commitment by tell employer like me he going to help with training never did .

Great service. The lady ran the whole UPS location pretty much herself and the male associate who worked with her didn’t know how to check email, laminate, or make copies. The lady patiently and professionally helped every customer while at the same time trying to coach the second associate to complete basic tasks but in the end having to take over and do it herself. She was cool and collected and courteous with both her associate and every customer. This woman deserves a raise!

Jazzma is one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. She’s full of personality and always smiling, definitely a hard worker and it shows not to mentioned she has also been able to answer all of my questions whenever needing to call the store. Anybody who has problems with her is truly ✨delusional ✨ !!

I have experienced nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST in customer care at this UPS store location. Char, Erika, Erin (there are other agents who have assisted on the same level) are always helpful.

If the store is in the middle of a busy time, I noticed, all the agents take a moment to acknowledge & greet customers entering the store.

I am glad I chose this location to do business with and plan to be here for a long time!

I love this store. The folks there are so nice and helpful. I've never had an issue with anyone there even at high traffic times.

Came here to mail a package with 2 day air. Shortly after stopping in I realized I had made a mistake with it’s contents, and needed to halt the shipping. The man I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and Char was super helpful and polite both times I worked with her. All of the employees present were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Good crew.

ABSOLUTELY without a doubt amazing!!! My package was left outside of the ups store for it was Sunday and the store was closed. The manager Char, had taken a pic to show me and suggested I make a complaint about the amazon delivery irresponsibility.
I went to the amazon site and Char had left the Pic. THAT is customer care above and beyond.
All the employees are the greatest out of every business I have been to. Friendly, Kindness, most helpful and with my social anxiety I go in, now, every day besides having a friend get my mail and packages. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES!!!!

I was done with Christmas shopping but I was
very overwhelmed due to shipping and potential costs and the overall hassle of it all. Once at the ups store there were six people in front of us but the line went fast, and we were helped by Erica. She was fantastic at her job! Also, the total cost was only half of what I expected.

We always get friendly, efficient service.

As a frequent shipper through eBay this location is perfect. They are fast, friendly and take care of my items well everytime. I'm in each week because the line is almost nonexistent and their employees always give a personal touch. Thank you UPS Store. I will keep coming back.

I have been here twice and probably will continue to. Everyone was nice only delt with two older ladies. Wait time was about 5 min first time and no one around the second time. I absolutely hate going to the post office because of wait times and they are usually unfriendly! So this is my spot until then!

Chris (the owner) and Nicole were awesome. Both very efficient and pleasant.
Chris went above and beyond in helping me with a difficult situation. He didn't give up until we had the solution. It was more than I could have hoped for.

I totally recommend them and appreciate what they did for me.

The staff is always so professional and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone. I have had a box here for years I get notifications when a package is delivered and there is a notary on site . Love this store.
