Just stopped by this 7/11 late at night and there was this young gentleman working, he was so sweet. The lady working also greeted us which was so sweet. Very nice people there and the environment was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was stocked and so nice. I wish I got their names, stopping by made us very happy tonight.

Chango was extremely helpful! Was able to get a money order when other locations machines were down. Thanks!

It's a nice store, but twice now my receipt is not readable because the ink needs to be replaced in the cast register. Next time I will go across the street to the Maverik.

This can be a very sketchy spot sometimes and while I’ve been coming here for years the newer staff is not as friendly as some of the previous folks. Overall the place is convenient.

It was a very spacious 7-Eleven, a pretty nice selection of products from slushes to snack items (I really appreciated the much more various options for slushes, I hadn't seen a Mountain Dew slush dispenser since I was back on the east coast!). It was nice to walk around in a 7-Eleven and not feel cramped from the lack of space and room. However, my critique comes from how rude our cashier was. He didn't even offer to bag our items after we checked out and paid for our items. He was the kind of employee who made it very apparent that he hated his job and made it your problem too. Also, it didn't help when we decided to grab a 7-Eleven pizza, it was not only burnt (which you couldn't see because it was covered), it tasted like the cardboard that pizza usually comes in! We'll definitely be sticking to Domino's, Papa John's, or even Digiorno!

This was the most disgusting physical location I have ever been in. Nothing...and I mean NOTHING, was clean. After seeing the state of the coffee pot I decided to throw my cup away. The lip inside of the trash can was covered in black mold. Everyone associated with this location needs to be fired, punched in the face, and fired again. Shame on everyone involved is the biohazard.

Chalee was very unprofessional and refused to help me, she helped everyone up to me and when I got up she stood there, making another young man take my payment. It made me feel very uneasy! I’ll try avoiding this place when she is working!

This has been my main 711 convenience store for years & until recently they were about as decent as you’d expect for a fast station in Aurora. Tolerable would be a better word. Unfortunately, there is ONE new hire who I’ve had the displeasure of “assisting me” lately. I don’t know his name but it’s the taller & younger African American gentleman with braids who’s usually there in the mornings or afternoon. It is STRICTLY because of him & his serious lack of manners, common decency & overall laziness that I am giving this location a 1 star for the first time. When I can get him off his cell phone behind the counter, There have been multiple incidents where he clearly is not wanting to do his job but also, he doesn’t even speak when spoken to. Through multiple transactions he’s not muttered even a single word to me & retained an absolute dumbfounded look on his face the entire time.
I’d bring this up to a manager in person but truly my interactions with him have pushed me to a point where I will NEVER shop at this location as long as he works there. This is not professional & he should not be the face of the store interacting with guests. If the person himself sees this, please for the sake of being a decent human, learn some people skills, you work at 711 man, stay humble.

Amanda refused to cook a pizza that I paid for. Guess they're rules are different here then other places corporate needs to get these people the proper training and protocol.
