I came in to activate my Pixel phone which was locked. They helped me call the company and got it working for me in no time.. love these people here

Great service I went in yesterday not a lot of money in my pocket at the time to buy a phone full price but the kind gentleman in the desk told me about leasing a phone and since I have been a loyal customer with metro pcs for 5 years I got instantly approved and walked out with a awesome phone and only payed in total for everything for $75 and a free glass screen protector. I Recommend this location the gentleman did everything to help me out thanks.

Came in today to get a new phone Kamil provided excellent customer service. We had a budget and he suggested multiple phones that would stay within including all the fees. He was very helpful and efficient.

I give this Metro PC all 5 Stars, I’ve struggled and went to 4 different stores in need of deleting my credit card of autopay not one of the other stores could do it! But as soon as I walked in this store I was greeted by Ali he was friendly,helpful, but mostly willing to help me, he right away said I can HELP he called customer service and with in 10 mins he managed to do what the other 3 stores couldn’t. Save some time and come and see Ali at 6th and Chambers..

We received outstanding customer service, details explained to us patiently & Kam went above & beyond. His skills are exemplary & he should be a corporate trainer on how to treat customers. An amazing young man & we’re so grateful for him! Give this guy a raise!

I have been using MetroPcs as a 2nd phone line. I just took a family member in to also replace a 2nd line from Cricket. What a world of difference, in product, service and sales!!
