Food Lion

I was ready to check out and Ms Tammy guided me right to her register. She had such a positive attitude for it being late, and her kindness is what I needed after today.

Found what I had been searching for all over Charlotte. Great.

I love this store always polite and courteous and very helpful getting me to items I ask for. Good store to have a good experience.

Food Lion is one of the best places to shop. The employees are friendly and helpful. The deals and discounts are amazing! I love the produce, is always clean and fresh! Even the security are nice and cordial. I enjoy shopping at this location! They even have a cash points atm in the parking lot! It's very convenient!

Very clean and organized. I hate public restrooms but I really had to go, the bathroom was surprisingly VERY clean. This Food Lion is wayyyyyy better than my local one. The customer service was awesome as well. The cashier was very friendly.

I like this particular grocery store. It's very clean. Social distancing is required and masks have to be worn in store. They've got top shelf items, that's what I call it anyways, for affordable prices. Whenever i cant find an item, they always look at me crazy, but they always tell me exactly where the product is in which aisle. I give this food lion 5 star.

My cashier name was Angela and even though she was closed I did not see her closed sign but she was kind enough to ring me up with my many of items anyway. Her light was off but cashiers sometimes have a habit of not turning on their light. I really appreciate good customer service. Also while I was looking for something in the aisles I ran into a fellow named Frank and he was super helpful. I have seen him in the store before and he is always wonderful.

Outstanding customer service!! Really great to see management in the Ilse interactive with customers. This shows that they have hired the right people to get the job done without having a manager holding their hands. Good job team winner winner chicken dinner!!

This store is always clean inside and well staffed. I always find what l need but on the downside the employees and the securiy guard are always on their cell phones or looking at them. The parking lot can get a little trashy at times. I love this store because of the customer service...mixed review sorry

I love this grocery store they have amazing sales and the I always have great conversations with the employees. It feels like I'm shopping with family. I've never met anyone that wasn't eager to help or wasn't friendly. For this reason alone I will always shop at food lion on little Rock road

The Food Lion store on Little Rock Road in Charlotte, NC is one of the best stores in this area. Helpful, friendly staff make it a joy to shop there. We bypass another Food Lion near our home to shop at this store. Everyone there, including management, is conscientious and attentive to customer needs. A+++!

They are a professional and friendly staff, with the exception of one really rude staff member. They offer a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Always someone to help if you need it. Mgmt presence is there, they are always available to customers.

This location is one of the cleanest Food Lion stores hands down. I stopped in to pick up a few items and to use the ladies room. Immaculant! I never leave reviews however, this was worth noting.

Cashier answered her cell phone when she was checking us out and had brief conservation . Love the store but the staff is lacking when it comes to customer service

Today was good I found everything I needed as well as a few other items didn't have to wait in line and cashier was very nice and considerate
