LURE

This review is for Lynn who was so kind to me one morning when I was doing my Amazon deliveries. I was starving and they had fresh fried chicken and tenders that were delicious. She convinced me to try it and also asked if the restroom was up to par, which it was. Lovely woman I wish her many blessings.

EDIT: THANK YOU for addressing your previous pump receipt issue! Since my original review, I saw an employee out at the pumps checking on the paper rolls. Also, thus far, all of the pumps I've used have printed a receipt without any issues. I truly appreciate your sincere customer service response to this, and again thank you for quickly addressing this issue. So long as the pumps keep printing receipts, the large number of drivers I've spoken with will keep sending business your way.

PUMP RECEIPT PRINTERS ARE ALWAYS BROKE! I work for a major parcel shipping company where time is of the essence. When the printers don't print, it delays delivery of my time critical packages (vaccines, medications), because I have to go inside and stand in line for a receipt. We're required to submit fuel receipts for our gas card. For the past month, it seems another pump printer is added to the broke list every week. I've politely informed the employees of which pump receipt printers are not functioning, only to be met with apathy. As of yesterday, FOUR out of your eight pumps' printers were broken. That is HALF of your pumps! I stopped going to the Loves down the street because of the same issue. When you first opened, all the printers worked great. Please either train your employees on how to fix a broken printer or send a maintenance team out to fix them. A large number of our drivers use your location, with many going inside to purchase products when we don't have time critical packages. Many are considering switching gas locations due to this ongoing issue.

Hard to get into just off the interstate, but her nice staff and clean bathrooms. Also they are the only gas and convenience store off that exit.

Great store to run in and grab what you need. The staff is always helpful. I take my daughter bin for ice cream regularly and always feel welcome. Glad it's so close to home and gives you the feel of a country store but modern enough to have the things you need.

I've been going to this convenient store for years. Recently new owners took over and closed the drive-thru, which was very convenient and I'm sure it gave them tons of business. Since the new owners have been there, I have had a terrible time trying to get them to keep my cigarettes in stock. I wish they would be more attentive to what regular customers buy and start keeping up with inventory. Employees are very nice but bring back the drive-thru and please stay on top of regular product availability. This store is useless to me if they don't have what I need. Hopefully it will change soon because they are so close by.

UPDATE: Owner Response was very much appreciated and have since changed my rating. Thank you for caring about your customers! You have updated the stock and now have what I need! Can't wait until the drive-thru opens back up. That will make me stop by and I'm sure other will stop by a lot more frequent. Great customer service!! Lure is getting a renovation. The outside looks very professional. The location is great for being right off of I485 for gas and food. Looks like a much bigger store and excited to review when this opens to the public

Love seeing each and every person who works at Lure! I go there weekly, and they always treat me well. There are more coffee options now too. Can't wait to see what other amazing upgrades they are going to surprise me with!

Me And My Husband miss Lure and we live in the Neighborhood. We love the great variety of different items in the this store. Is it opening back up.
