Family Dollar

I really hope someone from corporate, a district manager or someone from higher up sees this review. I was at this location today 11/12/23 around just before 7pm. I was at the back of the store when I heard the manager yell at a customer saying “you’re not suppose to be in here, you need to leave”. I made my way to the front to check out and a man was trying to leave the store with a cart full of liquid detergent. The manager tried to block him from leaving and he snatched the cart away. An elderly veteran man stepped in and stopped him from taking the cart outside. The veteran and the thief were in a tussle outside but the vet was armed and ready to protect. Thank God for him. Please hire security for this location or shut this location down! The stealing is horrible. And it’s not safe!

Theft at this store is terrible. They try hard to keep it up but dealing with thieves is extremely difficult. Anyhow, I love the things they offer. It is convenient to us and has what I need for small trips. Considering all the theft, it is a clean store with wonderful associates throughout.

Courteous and friendly staff

It is impossible to leave no stars which would be my choice. The cashier was incredibly rude. So rude I doubt I will go there again no matter how convenient.
