7-Eleven

Treated myself on a hot day, while walking around downtown Denver. Nothing like a red flavored frozen beverage on a Hot day. A tidy and clean location.

Im SO glad this store opened up. It opened today and its so clean and friendly staff. I hope it stays this way but check em out. It really is great. Im actually GLAD there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS but everything else you need or expect from 7Eleven

Decent 7-Eleven. Clean and has coffee at the times I'm there. Most employees are kind and professional. Sometimes closes without notice though.

Two stars because the ladies there are kind friendly and helpful. The rest of the employees are absolutely lazy. They sell gift cards, don’t know how to ring them out on the register, and then they pretend they don’t understand English when you try to explain to them how to do it. Literally have to do their job for them and they still act like the customer is wrong to ask to purchase an item they sell. They need to to grow up and work harder, absolutely embarrassing behavior from the male employees there who refuse to sell reloadable gift cards and phone minutes because they are too lazy to tap 3 buttons on the register. Unbelievable.

Great location and clean store but your employees should be wearing masks! Especially with the mask requirement pasted on the door.

One of the worst 711. Lady with crazy curly hair and wears it in pigtails, I believe her name is Claire, is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She seems very upset all the time and is incredibly rude to everyone that walks in. Seven eleven corporate should get involved, this lady is not suitable for a customer facing role. Save the trouble and go to a different location

One cashier. Barely speaks English. And moves at the speed of a 90 year old man. Will be avoiding this gas station at all costs

This retailer ripped me off! Charged me for 9 packages of mini chocolate chip cookies instead of the ONE PACKAGE I purchased! Should have cost $2.19 and he charged me $19.71!!! Do not go here!

I didn’t know that 7/11 had a no bag policy. Apparently you have to leave your unguarded backpack by the door while you shop. This is so you don’t steal from this esteemed establishment. Luckily for them I was only stolen from by their prices.

As I walk home from work (still dressed in professional attire) and attempt to stop for a snack, I don’t appreciate the clerk who has seen me shopping there many times yelling at me to leave my backpack on the floor by the door. I also don’t appreciate that she had no alternative where it would actually be secure.

Even though I’ve shopped there too often to count, I walked out just now and have no intention of ever returning. Some chips and a drink are not worth the price of having my possessions stolen- and with the people that were shambling around in there at the time, that was a highly likely scenario. And telling people in bike and foot-friendly Denver that we can’t have bags or backpacks is just plain bad business.

Claire serving this place at around 6pm in 10/17/2022 has one of the wildest, hurtful rhetoric of customer service I ever experienced. I simply said their signs needed to be better so people would be less confused, and she took that as an attack and refused service to me because I didn't like how inflammatory she was to me. She was VERY unforgiving. She could have simply addressed my concern instead of turning it into an attack. I was very nice trying to explain to her. Not very bright at all and a short fuse. Do not go to this place. She allowed somebody to attack me physically after I said I was autistic, mere minutes before the police arrived. Just WILD.

Save yourself the time and go to a different 7-eleven. Something is always wrong with the register, none of the coffee machines ever work, and there are constantly people loitering outside. Only 1 good employee left there too.

I love around the corner and go religiously and one lady with crazy literally acts like it’s my first time in the store every time she sees me. F- for customer service on her end.

HIGHLY disappointed with the quality of this 7-eleven.
