Had a great experience buying flowers at the Speer store with help of Manager Selena. The florist was not in and I needed help getting some particular color combinations. Selena was friendly and went out of her way to help me get what I needed.

Excellent produce. Clean store, kind staff. Deli, hot and cold has very good food.

The best supermarket in terms of food quality and arrangement, and the accountants are cooperative

Very clean and fully stocked and staffed.
Now if I could only get some damn GERMAN CHOCOLATE FROSTING you sell the cake mix not the frosting. Its been almost a year now since its been on the shelf. I think someone forgot.

Mac was an excellent cashier fast and efficient and personable.

My cashier, Creed was very helpful! I was buying super glue for a cut on my finger and she told me to set it with baking soda! Thank you for the tip, worked like a charm! **These statements have not been evaluated by the food and drug association**

Convenient for today's activity. Went in to pick up fruit for the jazz in the park event, which was very nice at City Park. Good crowd of friendly folks, jazz band was outstanding. After the remodel this place is much improved. The organic produce section is large enough and the product selection was definitely improved. Treat the workers like humans and you’ll get what you want. There is a restroom, ask the person at the service counter to unlock it for you, nicely.
Also, the carts lock when you get too far from the entrance, don’t steal carts mmmkay’ 👌

Ana went above and beyond and delivered all-star service tonight that totally turned my day around! The team working tonight was amazing and I am impressed with their willingness to help and ability to juggle competing customer needs. Here’s the story:

I went to Soops tonight with a plan to get groceries for family coming in from out of town tomorrow. Shopped around for the perfect ingredients for a big family dinner for about an hour, waited patiently in line for self check out and realized after I scanned everything that I DIDNT HAVE MY CREDIT CARD!! Ugh! Soooo embarrassing. Ana came over, offered to help and I was able to return later to pay while my groceries were kept chilled in the back of the store. Her colleagues were super helpful when I returned to pick up groceries, despite clearly being understaffed (in comparison to earlier times).

If you know this store, you understand the chaos that can ensue and you know it is never NOT busy. The employees could have easily told me to go pound sand on several occasions tonight, but instead, they delivered exemplary customer service (despite the chaos) and with a smile. I was taken care of from the embarrassment of not having my credit card to the speedy checkout and STILL having a Soopers staff member bag my groceries up.

Please give this team kudos, a promotion… a raise!! They deserve it.

The people that work there are dependable treat them kind, and recieve their best.

I did an order pickup (free!) and Mark & Natalia ensured my order was perfect. They called me to let me know they were running a little bit behind schedule but called me as soon as it was ready and gave me 5-star service as they brought the products to my car. I will definitely use the order pickup service again because of this awesome experience!

Excellent King Soopers in the downtown area. Rarely out of stock and generally refill fast if they are. Good service at check out and nice shopping atmosphere.

I like this location because it has parking and is rarely extremely busy. It is a downtown location so you see downtown types of things. Employees are helpful and get the job done.

Our experience in the cheese section of the deli tonight was absolutely phenomenal!!! I wish I would have gotten the gal's name, but she hooked me and my fiance up with the best cheese I have ever tasted in my entire life and recommended us to eat them with triscuits... Which is heaven! I wish I could give this 8 Stars. She was indeed the cheese master.

I love coming to this King Soopers. I go there several times a week, I always have a good experience. The employees here are wonderful, friendly, always willing to give you a hand. I notice several negative reviews, can't imagine why. Keep up the good work King Soopers, your wonderful.
