Ideal Market Denver

I've worked in the customer experience from Phoenix to Memphis to Portland. But this review isn't about me. The hiring manager here has done an impeccable job and that's not a word I use just to sound fancy.

Great little neighborhood market concept. Lots of grocery competition in the area but this is my go-to for quick trips because there's always plenty of parking and never a line at the self-checkouts. Customer service has been consistently good at this location since I've been going there, and their cheese department always hooks me up with great recommendations.

They must’ve redone this place recently because it’s absolutely brand-new, clean as could be, beautifully organized + One of the nicest stores I’ve ever seen. Plus when you walk and you can see beautiful tables outlined with flowers plants all around and a new bottle beer bar section!! Very pricey!!

Absolutely wonderful time at this location. Per usual, the staff was extra helpful and I am grateful to the kind souls working at the coffee bar. Tess went above and beyond several times not only with my morning brew but also warm words and inviting atmosphere. Much love!

This is a staple for me when I need a quick and healthy meal. The cost is comparable to unhealthy fast food so I go to Ideal Markets food bar. I am always pleased in a peaceful environment

A little pricy like any other whole foods, but the best! I love getting salads at the salad bar, and their hot food is good as well! I just sometimes wish their brussell sprouts were cooked a bit better. Sometimes they're really hard and the stems are left on :(

Love that they reopened this as Ideal Market. It is really Ideal for morning coffee (secretly open at 7). And quick food to go. Quick spot to work. And groceries. I noticed all the 1 Star reviews are related to a single individual. And yes, this person was rude to everyone it appears including my wife and I. But I haven't seen her for a little while now. Keith, Noah and another girl are all awesome. And everybody else is too for that matter. Great place in Capital Hill. One of the very best.

Similar to a grocery store in Europe, Ideal Market has a little cafe with terrific beer, tremendously knowledgeable personnel, and (from what I can only assume) good food. Great respice after a long, warm day.

Man, I am *so* happy that the WF down the street reopened. The Ideal Market vibe is a bit cozier than the old Whole Foods, and I love the focus on local, organic food. There's also beer and a cute patio. My favorite part is the expansion of vegan options in the takeout/bakery section. I snagged an Asian-inspired ginger scallion grilled tofu/kale/quinoa dinner meant for two for like 12 bucks - totally reasonable price given that I'll get 2-3 meals out of it. And it's delicious! I didn't have to doctor it up at home! They also have these gorgeous vegan cakes and mini dessert bars, all of which are amazing. I love that a lot of the produce that's stocked comes from local farms. And lastly, perhaps most importantly, the store seems to have been designed with pandemic precautions in mind. The checkout lanes are spaced far enough apart that people don't end up standing two feet from each other while in line, and the cashiers have nice plexiglass shields. In short, I love this place.

Best Whole Foods you'll ever visit. The smell when you walk in the door is the best, the people are all so nice, the selection is great, and everything is always fresh. And if you haven't tried the twigs, you have not yet lived a full life.

Never any issues, always stocked and fresh. Great store that is really just Whole Foods but smaller. They have a good selection of everything. Easy to walk to if you live close and lots of parking in the lot or off street. Great outdoor space to enjoy and lunch or snack as well.

Great grocery store for getting something quick from the deli or stuff for home. Staff are great too.

Bakery was wonderful and there were lots of choices in the store too Great little pearl to find.

I really enjoy shopping there. Over the-top customer service. It's smaller, not as people crazy or overwhelming with products as the standard WF's store. Offers everything you need and then some. Still includes all the same departments; coffee bar, pastries/hot food /salad bars. Great seafood/meat/poultry section (fresh and to-go). Even a health and beauty department (more private).

Best of all! There's a nice size, quiet dining seating area, and includes beverages/beer/wine bar; It's built lower from the main store. No foot or cart traffic. Often, I've eaten my to-go or evening dinner there.

Many self check-outs, quick in-out, and Amazon returns.
Now don't start going there, it's a nice little secret. And no I don't work there, I live close by.

Con: still pricey since a lot is organic.

Nice selection. Friendly staff. We had no problem finding free parking.

Exceptional. Staff is, by far, consistently better than any other Whole Foods in Colorado. Well-stocked. Always a great experience. This company should model future stores from this location.

Cute little grocery store with great grab and go options! I love the smoothie options they have! They also have a lot of yummy snacks in the bakery sections. They are also they only store I know of where they have a pretty steady supply of pork belly! This place rocks
