Very impressed how will run this UPS store is with such courteous, efficient and knowledgeable employees.

Even though there was a line it moved very quickly. Ali, was quick to greet me and handled my various UPS needs in record time.

Thank you Ali, if you’re not already the manager, you should be.

I just love this UPS location. Ever since Ali and his staff took over customer service is wonderful. I so enjoy coming here and always get service with a smile.

I've had my best printing experiences from this UPS location and now drive out of my way just to do business here. The first time I visited was to print a time-sensitive project, and the store manager was so helpful and patient with me. I'm thankful to have found a printing service and team that I trust.

I'm a box holder here any my experience has been relatively pleasant. They hired a guy name Otto who is a stellar rock star! I walked into the UPS store a few days ago and the line was almost out the door. I was preparing to feel frustrated (I'm not the most patient person) but Otto was behind the counter killing it! He was helping 2-3 people at a time and was actively engaged in all transactions equally and efficiently. He was very aware and personable, greeting repeat customers/box holders by their name before they even reached the counter-including me. He was quick, accurate, and friendly! I was surprised how fast the line went by and he was COMPLETELY BY HISELF! He definitely deserves a raise!

Gotta love this UPS store! They have the the hardest working, most friendly, and efficient crew. Even when they are busy they keep a great attitude and go out of their way to help you. This store has a small, shared parking lot in the rear so when you come, be prepared to maybe park on Woodman or Ventura. If you pick up heavy or bulky items, they will offer assistance.

UPS screwed up the delivery of an important package and Otto has gone above and beyond to assist with getting it sent back out. He even repacked it to be sure it remained safe. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Thanks!!!

I am CURRENTLY an employee of the store. Just wanted those who look here for the hour update during the pandemic to know that

-Monday - Friday the current hours are 09:00 AM to 05:00PM.

-We currently are able to process NEW OUTGOING SHIPMENTS from 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM which is the driver's pick up time.

-All DROP-OFFs will be accepted until 05:00 PM.

-After 05:00 PM we are CLOSED and are unable to ACCEPT or PROCESS anything more as our System is SHUT DOWN at this time.

-The NOTARY'S Hours are Currently 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM only available Monday - Friday. (None Available Saturdays)

I hope this helps everyone and eliminates any confusion or unnecessary trips for all of our valued Customer's. We appreciate your time and business very much.

These guys who work here are really helpful. They have a great attitude and truly try to help you out and explain everything about shipping. If they can't ship it they tell you who to get in touch with at the company to see how to return something. They seem to like their job which is so important!
