Ashley was fantastic. I was trying to find shoes for my grandson in which his inserts/braces would fit. She was a champ helping me look for shoes that may work. Sadly we couldn't find any.

This is a great shoe store. They have a huge variety of brands from Nike to Bearpaws boots. The store is always clean and organized. They have a nice selection of children's shoe's also. Especially love when there is a Bogo 1/2 off second pair. Friendly staff as well. Shoe carnival is the store to get the family their shoes!

I can always find my shoe size here especially with the support and comfort that I need considering the amount of time that I spend on my feet.They have a nice selection of shoes as well.Reasonably priced.Will definitely return.

Staff was super friendly. Extra discount on clearance shoes because of 2 different sizes, just wish they were more careful about checking shoes when selling.

I love shoe carnival however my feet don't love shoes anymore I bought a pair of Skechers there I warm about 4 hours they hurt my feet so bad I can't wear them lost the receipt don't know what to do
