Very excellent service. The sales representative was polite and his knowledge of the information he provided me was excellent. I was very pleased. I upgraded to Galaxy S24 and left with a new watch for free - I really wanted one. That's why I love AT&T ❤

My husband got 7 new phones via COSTCO. He promised we would get a $100 per phone and our bill would be about $200 a month for 7 lines.

We had to bring my son his new phone and came into this store and was helped by Freddie.

He was amazing in getting one of our phones connected and saved us more money. He was very polite and resourceful.

I've had nothing but excellent customer service at this store. Manuel, Amanda and Deon were all extremely helpful. From trading in my phone to getting me my tablet that failed to get shipped. Manuel even fixed my Bluetooth connection so I could play music in my car. He actually came out to my car in the rain to make sure it was working. He also got me a discount when I wasn't able to get one through Netconnect since I'm a contract employee and don't work for one specific hospital. Anytime I've needed help he's been more than willing to go the extra mile, as was Amanda with the tablet situation. Everything is working perfectly. I appreciate all they've done since I don't reside here and will be leaving in a week to work in another state. Great atmosphere and they never made me feel like I was a bother and we spent most of the time laughing while getting things fixed/taken care of. Really fantastic customer service and everyone in the store are super friendly and helpful in making sure everything worked properly since I'd be leaving the state soon. I hope to not have anymore issues because it would make me want to drive back to this store since I know I'd be well taken care of. Thanks to everyone for working out all the kinks and making the troubleshooting seem like it was no big deal. It's definitely appreciated!!

After everything that we have encountered after signing up in August 2023, he was able to accomplish what 5 other representatives couldn’t seem to do and he did it without a problem. I got awesome service from Freddie. Although I had additional steps because I have fraud protection on my account Freddie was very attentive and patient with me. The customer service was amazing and I also got a IPhone 15 plus!!!! I love ❤ my new phone!!!!

I have been coming to this store for years and have experienced good and bad service. Lately, they have been short staffed and I have had to wait longer than usual but the service has been worth the wait. While I was waiting for Amanda to finish working with another customer a new gentleman who just walked in the door approached me asking if I need help. Amanda told him I she was taking care of me and he mumbles- what the **** ever. He then started helping another customer and in my opinion was extremely unpleasant, dry and rude. I will be back but I will not allow this guy, I wish I knew his name, to take care of me. Bad bad hire. I know you guys need more staff but the quality of your choice in those you hire matter. Amanda 5 stars other gentleman 0.

My mom brought me TO THIS LOCATION and Myron was absolutely 100% amazing. He walked me through getting a new phone and streaming. He talked directly to me and not my Mom. He listened and answered all my questions. We walked out happy will return to this location as long as Myron is there!

Freddie and Myron at Western Hills AT&T with the fix. They were able to provide excellent service after AT&T Kenwood and 611 AT&T line were unhelpful. I walked in at 7:30pm before closing and these two stayed after hours to make sure I got what I needed. I’m incredibly grateful for the help they provided. Freddie is an amazing asset to AT&T. He gave us all the reasons why buying phones at COSTCO was a very poor choice. WARNING: Only buy from Freddie at Glenway in , Cincinnati, OH.

Myron is an excellent sales representative. He was able to provide me with the best offer that was available to purchase a new IPad. I had a ipad that was about 15 years old and I needed a new one. He went over the different offers the explained the payment, fees, policies and discounts. I highly recommend Myron to anyone that I know who needs professional services when they come the the Western Hills location on Glenway Ave. Thank you Myron for your services.

AT&T as a company has a lot of their managing, so it’s almost like the left-hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. However, this store does really well. All the clerks are polite. There’s a gentleman with dreads who has been very helpful to me and there’s also a young man, named Freddy, who has been extremely helpful with anything that I’ve asked questions about at the store. They have helped me with making sure I got the discounts tat I qualified for as well. On some level, this store is the saving grace for any of the other things that are kind of clunky about AT&T!

Got Myron as my representative set up my new phone it was the most friendly experience I’ve had with any representative to get service. Definitely recommend.

Freddie took great care of us after we got new phones and service from AT&T. Though we bought our phones and service from Sam’s Club, they did not follow through with how to return our old phones. He went above and beyond helping us get our old phones registered for return and erased so we get credit. Thanks for taking care of us!!!

Overall, Freddie did an amazing job! I wanted to add internet & AirPods but I’m huge on saving money right now. 🤣😂🤣 but all in all, wonderful experience! Prompt service! Affordable monthly installments! Having a $0.00 deposit for multiple devices sold me AT&T! Thank you! 🙏🏾
