Had a great experience at Drone fly today with my 10 year old nephew. We brought in my old phantom 4 replaced the battery and got a new controller so he can start his new drone pilot journey. Angel was
extremely helpful and there was a manager in there that was helpful and helped us out with military discount.I’m Really grateful for their customer service. They even gave my nephew a present to put under the tree. He’s really excited to start his new pilot journey, and they really made an impression on him and me. Thank you guys. I’ll definitely be back whenever. I need more repairs or replacement parts.

My drone is used several times weekly to shoot various elements for broadcast. Dronefly is the only place I trust to look over my drone and fix any issues or to just make sure nothing needs replacing. They are the only company I send my drone to, because they have fair pricing, do great work, and are honest and knowledgeable to deal with. I needed quick turn around for a drone repair, they were very patient with me as i had clear instructions about needing the drone fast and ready for pick up in the next few days. They went above and beyond with helping me and communicating with me every step of the way. I received an email that the drone was ready the very next day! I set up a time to pick it up and was met outside with my working drone and they gave me the broken parts back just in case. Very friendly and efficient! Highly Recommend.

They came highly recommended from a professional drone pilot working in Hollywood, and I was not disappointed! I am fortunate to live in Los Angeles so I was able to drop off my broken Mavic Pro (bent arm, broken gimbal and camera), and it was repaired in less than 24 hours! (Not saying that is the norm, only my experience.)

They were understanding as to my problem, including not wanting to pay too much for the repair... even suggesting that if the repair was too pricey I should ask if they might have a refurbished unit available... and to ask for refurbished parts as well to save money.

These guys fly and sell drones. They aren't just service techs. So they fully understand the context.

All in all, a very good experience and I am ready to fly again with very little downtime. Highly recommended.

Just got off the phone with the gentleman name Michael who was very helpful in helping me download software to my Mavia Air 2. These guys give great customer service. Very impressed with there knowledge and willingness to help.

You guys saved my hindquarters. I have this big job for a big client and have been working on it for months. My friend crashed it while trying to train with it and I was faced with mailing it to dji and hoping they get to it in some kind of decent amount of time. Which I was very skeptical of them being able to do. I’ve flown for around 7 years and have dealt with them in the past.
I called Dronefly and they actually PICKED UP THE PHONE. I was amazed. I talked with one of the people there and they said “ya bring it over.“ I did and they were able to give me an estimate And repaired it in a couple of days and I was back at the construction job site the same day it was repaired. There was no hassle they fixed it quickly and it worked as well as new. I am now a dedicated customer. In my book DRONEFLY Rules.

Dronefly is the real deal. I had an emergency where I needed a really fast turn around time. The Solutions Consultant Derek gave me direct contact info so that we could communicate back and forth through the whole process. I dropped off my drone in person 5 minutes before they closed that same day. Mr. Derek Wheeler stayed with me late to make sure my Mavic Pro would be checked in and ready for them to begin working on it first thing tomorrow. The next morning they finished before noon! Picked it up later that next day. I was blown away. If you have any drone issue just come here, don't even look anywhere else.

We solicited bids for a DJI RTK package from two vendors. Dronefly and one other vednor submitted quotes. The other vendor was slightly less than Dronefly. We selected them. They sent us two drones that completely froze up during the firmware upgrade process. The vendor themselves were not able to get either drone to the point it would fly. We gave up on them entirely and went back to Dronefly. Derek got us set up with an order in no time. He even had his technical staff perform all firmwares updates and verify the drone was able to fly. He shipped it out quickly. That was week before last. This past week we flew almost 20 sites without a problem. Derek also provided ad hoc technical assistance on the fly when we had questions. DroneFly is a top notch dealer in our minds! Knowledgable workers with lots of experience and explained everything in detail about issues with my drone and live close so dropped off on Monday afternoon was ready for pickup Thursday morning, very fast compared to other repair facilities..thanks again Dronefly!!
