Very nice customer service. Even when I couldn't show the warranty for my Duramax they still replaced it. Night and day difference between these guys and the degenerates down the road at advanced Auto parts.

Jeff and rob were very patient and kind with me to help me with my car because I don’t know a lot about it. But they got my headlight working thank you guys.

Came in looking for some tools and some wiper blades. Jay H assisted me in finding what I needed. Very kind and helpful, he even put the blades on for me.

Jay H from murrysville pa autozone went above and beyond in customer service by replacing headlight bulb and wiper blade in rain and also was very polite and helpful in the checkout process.

I had a windshield wiper brake on a day with 3 inches of snow and covered roads. Stopped in and got new wipers and the employee put them on to boot.

I went to auto zone in Murrysville, PA with a burnt out brake light. I purchased the replacement bulb from Rob. I could not get the old light out and Rob was kind enough to replace the bulb. A great experience and a stellar employee

Rob and Jeff are rock stars. I came in with an impossible corroded battery post situation and they were able to unfree it and get me back on the road. This was more than an ordinary auto parts store fix but they worked through it and got it done. Incredible customer service. Thanks guys.
