Very clean well kept store with a Great Selection

Had the shadow box that we wanted. Good price, friendly staff.

I used the Michaels app in the store to find mostly what I needed, but couldn't find the last item. Just then a sales associate came walking around the bend, I asked her where I could find the item, she pointed it out to me, grabbed it & went up to check out. The same assoc was having a conversation w/another assoc, she broke off her conversation & promptly rang me out! Haven't had that happen since the whole pandemic happened!! That they put the customer 1st.!!

Customer service during my visit last week was great! I got some great sale prices on the items I went in for which was awesome! Store is clean and the selection is large.

The store was clean and very well organized! There were associates available to take you where you wanted to go. Friendly and willing to help! A lot of merchandise available in each department! I went into Staples and they were well organized, very helpful and I found what I wanted. Very Good Customer Service! The next store was Walmart. I did not find what I was looking for. I asked for help but they stated they did not have the product and suggested TJ MAX. Before I went there, I shopped at the Hallmark Store. It was Excellent! Helpful clerks, finely displayed and labeled areas with a large assortment of items I was looking for. My Hallmark Rewards card, Free, had expired and I was asked if I wanted a new one. It was 3 minutes to sign me up. I received for signing up, a free card, free chocolate covered pretzel, Sarris!, and a coupon for $10.00 off a $25.00 purchase the next time I went into a Hallmark store. Lastly, I went into TJl Max. I was disappointed in there messy displays and lack of merchandise. I did not buy anything. Overall, I had a good experience.

Michaels sits in the plaza not easily seen from the road. Its in Bella Luna restaurant plaza and the store is large and stocked. It is handicapped accessible. It has good night time lighting and I felt safe going here at night. Went in to return an online item but I shop here often. Went to the cashiers for the return and they were very helpful and kind. Large well lit and wide aisles. Highly recommended

Large selection and great friendly helpful staff

I lost my debit card in the store while shopping and the ladies there took time out to try and help me find it. I left my name and card description, and they called me the next day saying they found my card. This store went above and beyond and I’m so thankful to them!

Lots of crafts, conveniently located. Got a frame

If you need picture frames or some smaller paint brushes that you can't find anywhere else, come here! They never disappoint and I always have great and friendly cashiers that ring me up.

I loved this store. It was big and had a fantastic stock of yarn and other goodies. My wife loved that the bathrooms were near the door and easy to find! We will be back.

We go for Thursday kids craft and the employees are delightful! Happened in one day during their Halloween grab boxes for $4 that I didn't know about, made me love them even more.

I went in there looking for a frame for 5D diamond painting. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but the sales woman gave me different ideas. She even measured my painting and helped me select a frame that worked the best for me.

Went there looking for a specific glitter and the gentleman who helped me was kind enough to call another store and have what I wanted held for me until I got there the next day. Always great customer service!

Lots of fun things to look at.

Very friendly staff. I recall several of them from when it was Pat Catan's and I'm happy that their friendly faces are still there.

Every single person I saw in the store was wearing a mask so they're doing good on that front! Staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy to find what I came for.
