We stopped to have our car battery tested. The guy that tested it was very helpful and knowledgeable. He said the battery could hold up for awhile, but was not showing a full charge, even though we had gotten it jump charged the night before and had driven a good distance that day. We decided to replace it, as it was over 5 years old. He gave my husband prices on several options and then installed the new one we purchased. Our experience was very pleasant, as it has been any time we have been to this store.

I was on my way to work when the serpentine belt on my vehicle started squealing badly. I stopped in the store to get some belt conditioner to get me by until I had time to change the belt. I was waited on by and older gentleman that was extremely helpful. He walked me straight over to the product and gave me a few very valuable pointers as well. Once at the register, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The gentleman suggested that I could do an online order if I had my information saved. I placed the order on my phone and picked up my product right then and there. He really saved the day.

John was a great help. I had some trouble and needed a new battery and he helped me with my purchase and installed my new battery within minutes.

Above and beyond...Everyone knows that AAP provides free battery checks, but in this case the employee actually walked a block or two to my wife's car which had an apparent dead battery and charged it for her. Turns out it held the charge and a new battery wasn't needed. Now that is going above and beyond! Thank you!
