Great location! Clean and service dog-friendly. They always give Trigger a pup cup. He loves coming in the mornings. My coffee is always spot-on!

I want to give a special shout out to Kevin and Jenna. (I hope I got the names right!) These two must have made over 30+ drink and food orders in under 10 minutes. I was nervous by how busy it seemed with only two people on but I was on my way in great time today. They were kind, efficient, and accurate. Great work you two!

I came in dirty and tired on Valentines to get my sister's and my nephews a little something to start off their day. They broke a bill for me and hooked me up with a nitro shot. Made my day just with the positive energy

This location is always so fast and great at taking your orders. Whatever they are doing they are doing it right. Even when I know I am running short on time I know this Starbucks will be quick with my order.

The baristas at this Starbucks are awesome! I told Bri and Gaia that I was picking up coffee for a bride and they wrote a cute note to the bride on her cup. Such stellar service, while also being kind, quick, and attentive.

I came here today and had just a delightful experience. Emma, Kaylee, and Ollie were a joy to be served by! This is my new favorite location ❤

Stopped by to get some drinks and a spinach wrap a few times since moving to Colorado. The staff are always friendly and compassionate. Really enjoy the service and the atmosphere here, especially when I need to get some work done.

Probably one of the best Starbucks I've been to. Usually I get an icy drink and a dry piece of bread, but here my drink (vanilla frap with Carmel) was nice and creamy and my lemon bread was moist and so delicious. I highly recommend this place if you need a quick bite before going to work or school, and it's a little expensive but I would say it's worth the money. They have an app too which you can redeem for points. The staff were super nice and friendly and asked me and my family questions and were very kind. I'm really impressed! They put up with my dares too! Thank you for the great experience it started off my day really well!

We had an order of 12 drinks and it only took these wonderful batistas 5 minutes to make them all. There were no mistakes and all of the drinks looked beautiful. We will very likely be back the next time our office has a large order! Special thanks to Amanda Stalnaker not only for the great service, but also for actively trying to grow her store's business by offering an alternative method of ordering our large orders in the future.

They are always so friendly. I don't go as much as I used to but it's nice that they remember who I am and welcome me everytime (even when I am just picking up my mobile order)

Today 2/2/2020 was such a rough day for me, and the 2 ladies working their shift at 11am was so kind and so sweet to me. I was in doctor appointments all day and having rough a day with home and they made my day in more ways than one. I would like to return the favor to these ladies if the store can contact me :3 Starbucks should hire more people like them. 5 stars for excellence and up and beyond the call of customer service.

I have been coming to this Starbucks location several times a week for about 5 years now. In my opinion this is the best location in Fort Collins. All of the baristas are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here, and whatever drink I order, it is always delicious and well done. Thank you for all you do!

Yes it's a chain. Yes it is the same as every other Starbucks. No surprise. If you want a little mom and pop shop I'm sure you can find it but that's not what I come here for.

I come here because the place has a good feel to it. The staff is professional and polite. The quality of my drinks is reassuring when I just want to wake up and start my day off on a positive note..

I always receive the best service at the Starbucks! Today there was an issue with the card readers and the manager as well as all of the employees handled the situation very calmly and in an appropriate manner and made my visit great even though there was a hiccup with the chip reader. The line was backed up but nobody was frustrated because you guys handled everything great thanks for amazing service!!

Always friendly staff! Busy place, but well worth the wait. My dog loves their "pup cup" (cup of whipped cream) too!

This Starbucks is the best. Staff is always on top of their game and keeps the line moving! I've had the pleasure of being helped by a girl named Carly, I think she's a shift manager or something but she always has a bright smile and her laugh could turn any frown upside down!
