This is one of the better AutoZone stores that I’ve been too. All I needed was a battery and I was on the fence over going with platinum or gold and the guy at the counter was helpful with listing off the difference between the two to help me make my decision.

Wife said starter after replacing battery in May. Oooooh it was the new battery bought at Good Sams.....shhhhhhh. So I picked up the $24 master clutch cylinder plaatic part that goes behind the clutch pedal on the firewall thats leaking and returned the new starter w no issues or questions.

I love it when you take the time to drive to get parts from the parts store, and they have what you need in stock. Nowadays, it isn't easy to do this. They had what I needed and I didn't have to wait for it to come in. Thanks for the great customer service!

Needed a new distributor for my 1990 GMC Sierra project truck. Autozone had the part in stock at a great price. NO CORE RETURN REQUIRED! Ordered it online and within an hour received notification that my brand new shiny distributor was ready for pick up. Done deal.

I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location. My car battery died first thing in the morning, but I was able to get it jumped started and up to AutoZone. This location came recommended by the gentleman who helped me start my car.
I had significant corrosion on my battery and the two men who were working went above and beyond to get my old battery removed (it was not an easy feat) and the terminals cleaned up enough that I could safely and confidently start my car until I could get that part replaced. They both worked hard and did not give up, even when I assumed they were going to tell me that they could not replace it because of the corrosion. They acknowledged the store’s policy on their scope of practice but they were knowledgeable in regards to car maintenance and parts and they made sure I was set up for success in the areas that they could not help with.

Cody was extremely helpful when I needed a quick turnaround on a battery test, and replacement battery for my 4Runner. Friendly, knowledgeable, and I was able to drive off with a brand spankin' new battery in about 10 minutes. I've always gone to AutoZone for their customer service, and Cody was a great example of why they are great to work with!

I had a great experience today. Drew Smith helped me find a headlamp repair product and windshield wipers. He also installed the blades and helped save me aggravation. The service was exceptional!

Great service. I was traveling and needed a battery replacement on my Dodge Promaster camper van and Matthew H really went out of his way to help me out. Very professional and effective service.

This place is great staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. And I love the honesty of the stuff when they don't know something and they do go above and beyond to help you figure out your problem or their best guess. And when you don't know how to do something or in a hurry they have no problem helping you make a quick install.
I would also like to give a special thanks to Connor for all the amazing and outstanding help. I truly believe he deserves the raise in pay for the hard work he puts in and time he takes helping a person to better understanding something and the effort he puts in to help you find a part when you don't know the name. My car battery died and I called The Windsor AutoZone and they did not have my battery so they referred me to the Fort Collins AutoZone and they were awesome! Connor & Jack helped me get my correct battery and had it installed even though it was 8:40 p.m. and had me back on the road by 9:00 p.m. when they closed. They were both super nice and even helped me install my new windshield wipers and I really appreciated it. Especially it being extremely cold outside! I highly recommend going to this location

Hector helped me today and was fantastic! I got everything I needed for my oil change at a good price. I also wasn’t chastised or belittled while I was here which unfortunately happens frequently when I go to buy car parts. Not here- hector was fantastic. I believe his name was Josh, I don’t remember the name of the other man but his name started with a J as well. They both came out to my car (separately) to try to help me fix my tail lights. Josh even drive me to another auto zone location just so i could get a new part for my car that they didn’t have in stock in their store after the only one they had turned out to be faulty. even though i wasn’t able to figure out my issue, Josh and his co worker both went beyond what i expected to help me fix my car. Literally hours to try and help me out. I appreciated it greatly, you guys just got a customer for life!

Our car's battery died this past weekend at the gas station near here. I walked in the freezing cold to Autozone where immediately Mandy, one of the employees, drove over to help us. I had had a call in to AAA but they were going to take an hour and a half. In just 30 minutes, Mandy jumpstarted our car, sold us a new battery and installed it. This is above and beyond customer service. I will be a lifelong customer now. Thank you to Mandy at Autozone!

Devon (DW) was very helpful! We needed new windshield wipers and license plates installed. He directed us when selecting out the products and this included a free wiper fluid! He then installed the blades and license plates. Much appreciated.

I wish I can give them 10 stars. Great service ever. My husband was there earlier today. His car needs to change some parts. And the young guy helped him out nicely. We really appreciate that.
