The UPS Store

Mitchell has excellent customer service skills. I have been to this UPS Store multiple times. Today I had Amazon returns. When I entered the store Mitchell was already helping a customer who I'll just say was a complicated case. He was being very patient and kind with her but it was taking a very long time. A line ended up forming. I was really impressed with Mitchell remaining calm with a pleasant attitude and doing his job.

Jamaican lady(Jeraine I think her name was) by herself on a Monday took care of over 15 people 2 at a time including me. Was calm, kind and respectful through the entire rush while I was waiting. If she isn't a manager she needs to be one. If she is she needs to be a manager of the managers.

UPS always comes in, in CLUTCH, It’s a great little store that has really great customer service and dedicated employee’s that will go Above and beyond for the customer, I have shipped a package yesterday, ADAM Was very nice and polite and help me a lot, And today I had to receive a package Which CODY Was super nice and help me retrieve my package with efficiency And courteous service. So thank you so much ADAM and CODY For a great customer service!

This is an excellent UPS store. I like that they are open every day of the week to do shipping. Their staff is very nice and very helpful!

I had an Amazon return. Not sure why the bad reviews I have seen. Staff was friendly and fast! Scanned my return from Amazon from my phone, printed a receipt for me then took the box. Could not have been easier and they were very nice and I was in and out in just a few minutes. All employees wearing masks!

I needed to make an Amazon return and I have never done it with UPS. Dale was super kind and professional. He had me in and out in less than a minute, literally! I'll definitely be back knowing I get such great service.

If I could give Dale 20 stars I would! This Aggressively handsome Devil has been the light of my UPS experience every single time I make a shippment. Dale refuses to bring me anything less than 5 star supreme service! There’s no 5 star service service for me without Dale! Nobody treats me like Dale does! He always makes me feel like the most important person in the world wide world! I might have to steal him from the store! When Dale’s here I always leave with a smile! Omg! Every single time I go there for any tiny teeny little thing I am greeted and treated with the upmost respect by the most beautiful chocolate man in the store! Dale! He’s the bomb diggity man! Give ‘em a raise!!! When I’m having a bad day and feeling down I just go over to the UPS store and connect with Dale for my printing, copying, mailing & faxing needs! Oh and not to mention the music is always on point. I know it’s Dale’s choosing!

The staff at this location goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and confident with your choices. The customer service is superb. Can't beat the price that I received for my business cards either. I was so happy with the results. Great quality cards, much better than that crap you get from VistaPrint. Will continue to purchase my business cards here for sure.

I have always had a great experience at this store. It’s always fast and easy. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Savannah was so sweet helping me even when the stores internet was down. She still got my package returned for me as soon as possible and sent me notification on my cell phone. I highly recommend this store.

Gabby did a great job juggling 7 or 8 customers, while dealing with a few very complicated clients. She was the only one there, but she did her very best. I just wanted her to know that people really do appreciate the job she is doing even under tough circumstances. Thank you young lady for doing what you do.

I don’t usually stop at a UPS store but I was in a hurry and I am very happy that I did. The employee Gabrielle was very helpful and kind. I was not prepared and also late in getting a wedding gift sent out and she was my helpful hero! Thank you UPS and thank you Gabrielle!

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews for this store! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location and visit about twice per month to send packages. During my most recent visit, I saw a gentleman drop off a bill-to-my-account business package. They also ship USPS from this location, so if USPS is cheaper than UPS, they'll tell you so and let you ship it that way. I was even pleasantly surprised to find that they were still open at 5 minutes before close on the Saturday before Christmas. All in all, a great place to do business.

I went to this UPS for the first time on August 2nd. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Maggie. I was about 9 months pregnant when I visited and about ready to pop. I got my packaged shipped for the lowest price I've ever witnessed. She carried on a lovely conversation about the economy. As I was about to exit the store, I felt a very hard kick. I was in labor! Maggie quickly sat me down and called my baby daddy. Since the UPS was closing, she offered to drive me to the hospital. She held my hand throughout the whole birth. She was a trooper. When my child was born, I named it Maggie UPS (Last Name). My baby daddy never showed up, but Maggie did. It was impeccable customer service. I went back a couple days later to ship my placenta to my baby daddy who didn't show. Maggie helped me ship it. She is more reliable than him and so is this UPS store. This is my child's origin story. I'm so grateful to her. We visit everyday and ship random items just so we can see Maggie.

I can’t express how surprised I am to see any negative reviews of this place. People seriously MUST be mistaking it for another location. The customer service was superb! I now drive out of my way just to go to this location over the others in the area. Everyone is so friendly and so fast. Valmerie was delightful and kind. The store is Very clean and organized and the employees are personable. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. BEST UPS store around. It also doesn’t hurt that the owner is very easy on the eyes ;)

Had assistance from this young man, I believe he said his name was Jakob with a “k,” and he was able to explain the entire process concisely and effortlessly.

The first time I was there, however, the help of one “Gabby,” I wish I could remember her full name, was essential for the shipment of my package. Without her assistance, I wouldn’t have stopped using staples to close boxes.
