The staffs customer service was everything esp the young man at the front register. He went above and beyond making our smoothies. They were the best smoothies we've ever received from TS. Kudos to those working the closing shift on Sunday night 10/1. You did awesome and deserve a raise.

Great place for fast good smoothies. I went there and had a smoothie made by Neem and it was very well made. One of the best smoothies I had in while! It’s always nice going to places that care to do a good job!

Team is always helpful and kind. Wife ordered to the wrong location by accident and they resolved it with no issues. Thankful for the people working here

The family that runs this franchise is super classy and hard working. The peanut butter paradise with whey protein and oats never misses!

Also, they hire some fun and energetic young kids. One of my favorite businesses near my house!

This is one of my GO-TO spots when i want something healthy, filling, and delicious. Any and all smoothies taste great! This place always hits the spot. Highly recommend.

Tropical's prices are reasonable and fair and they have high quality and good tasting ingredients. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and when I asked we negotiated which flavors and ingredients would suit my craving. The place was also clean, inviting, a little cold and easy to get to.

Always a great place to grab a healthy and refreshing smoothie. I feel like they replenish my soul and energy levels. My entire outlook on life is so optimistic after I've had an island green or avocolada!! Simply magnificent!!

I had a really great experience at this location. There was no line at the register. The lady who took my order was super nice and friendly. My wrap, cookie, and smoothie were excellent. Bonus: this location does discounted happy hour smoothies. Highly recommend this place.

Its not operating drive through as advertised but my favorite smoothies are always available here, and the employees work quickly to get your order out, which is always great when your getting a simple meal with a smoothie!

I've been to a few different Tropical Smoothie Cafe's and it seems like this one is the best of the ones I have visited.

The place used to be packed but ever since there have been more locations popping up, the crowds are a lot more manageable and you'll now get your food and smoothies quickly.

The staff was so nice and understanding! Even gave me a free smoothie for the trouble I went through at another tropical smoothie! Appreciate you guys!

First time here. The staff was super friendly and super nice! them alone makes me want to come back. place looked clean, and the smoothies tasted delicious and fresh. Also a good size for a good price, unlike other places. sandwiches were also delicious!

My family and I love Tropical Smoothie! Everytime we order through the app, our order is ready when we arrive and the salesperson is ALWAYS friendly. If anyone is ever having a bad day, they don't let it affect their customer service!👌🏾

This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Customer service was great. I enjoyed the santa fe chicken quesadilla and the Island greek smoothie. I will definitely go back

A household favorite of ours. The smoothies are certainly healthier than a milkshake, and they've got a good variety of sandwiches, salads and wraps as well. The staff is always friendly; I've often been greeted by name because we visit so frequently. To save money: they offer a frequent-buyer program. In addition, they sponsor a summer camp program for children with disabilities; each spring they run a promotion where you make a donation, and receive a keytag that gets you 10% off for the rest of the year (that pays for itself after 2-3 visits).

I’ve been coming here to a while. I would recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead. The shop is small and can get very busy. Parking can be hit or miss based on the time frame you show up. There are a lot of restaurants in this shopping area so it does get busy.

In all I’ve always had a good experience here and staff are always friendly.

Came in for breakfast, I got the banana chia smoothie with peanut butter. Hubby got the south west omelette wrap. Omg the wrap was so good with some super yummy sauce. My smoothie was so good. It had chia seeds, bananas, peanut butter, dates, oats, cinnamon, coconut and almonds!!!
Such a hearty breakfast.
I absolutely love this place because in addition to the good smoothies and food the staff is so friendly and helpful.
Definitely coming back for more and bringing my friends with me.
