A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place.

This location gets 5 stars for my nitro cold brew drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that)

The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. Just have to saw WOW - everyone working was super nice and each one said hello. Not as a big group thing either, it was personal and they meant the greeting. Just wow.

The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day.

I visit this Starbucks with my pup 1-2 times a month to treat him to a pup cup! I have to say, this Starbucks has the friendliest drive-thru and the employees are all so sweet! They were out of pup cups one time and saw the sad boy puppy face on my dog and gave him blueberries instead :) Thank you for being so friendly and kind!

I'm stopping by yet another Starbucks today.
This one is especially good, nice friendly service, and quick preparation of my order.

I tried 2 new to me items, one the cashier Ryan suggested his own creation: salted pumpkin cold brew and from their main menu a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte. Both were delicious!

This is the place for fabulous service! Want to see what teamwork is about...come to this Starbucks. First ask for Hunter, the most fabulous order taker, server, cashier, conversationalist and all around wonderful young lady! It was my pleasure to be served by Hunter today. I walked in needing coffee today and Hunter was right on point with what I needed even though I got my order wrong, Hunter understood exactly what I was trying to ask for and fixed the order for me! Thank you Hunter! Also, it was a pleasure watching the crew work as a team and enjoying what they do. I truly enjoyed this visit and will return! Wonderful coffee too! ☕

This place is awesome! George, Danielle, Armando, and Rosa are the best morning staff by far. This place is always filled with laughter, and good vibes. Service is great, they try to burn through the orders as quick and proficiently as possible when the store is packed. Phenomenal Service 👌🙌

This Starbucks is the best one around. They have a drive thru, and are attentive to their orders including online orders. Each time I go to their drive thru, they get the order good. Thanks you all, great customer service. I went inside th other day and the inside is clean and the restroom too. Amazing place and good food and drinks

Awesome Starbucks! They messed up my drive thru order. Asked for an ice triple shot espresso but they gave me an iced chai latte. Drove like 15 mins to another destination to drop off and then back 15 mins after finding out it was the wrong order. Ordered another one and was going to pay for the right order but They gave me the correct order instead free of charge even though I didn’t bring back the drink (the person who delivered said it was ok) but I insisted going back to get the right drink since the person needed coffee not chai latte. Kudos to a great place for doing the right thing

This morning, I appreciated the customer service I received. I had order a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich and I needed to wait because my sandwich was not ready. The staff asked me to pull to the side and he'd bring it out, he brought my sandwich out along with a complimentary sandwich and was very pleasant.

Clean, fast and efficient. Bathrooms are clean and great place for a casual conversation or meeting.

I order from this Starbucks location frequently; the staff are always so nice and friendly. The wait times have, on occasion, been a little excessive, but only when it's very busy.

This morning in particular, business was pretty busy, as it normally is on a Friday morning. I witnessed a customer become extremely rude and yell out to the baristas about her order being incorrect, being loud and disrespectful. The manager, Katherine Jackson, handled the situation professionally, assuring the customer that her order would be corrected but asked politely that she not yell at her employees. The customer continued muttering under her breath, indicating she'd write a negative review. I came here to say Ms. Jackson handled the situation very professionally and I am happy to continue frequenting a location where management cares about the treatment and well-being of their employees :)

George takes me order mostly every morning I come here and I must say out of all the Starbucks he makes the greatest impression! This man needs a monthly raise or something !! He is amazing ! 10/10 recommend coming here, and I live in Maryland

I'm not a huge Starbucks drinker but when I get a craving I love this location specifically for George! Thank you for always brightening the mornings I come by, your amazing up beat attitude and goofiness is always appreciated and makes my day better. Starbucks, you have a star employee here with George!

So i go to this location every single day of my life since 2014. They are always so nice clean and friendly. But today i woke up on a wrong side and had a bad start of a day, i came to this location and this sweet server named BIG KENNY with her method of communicating with a high level of customer service literally changed my mood and made my drink so quick and wished me a blessed day as i felt angels are still in the world in the shape of humans.

This is my favorite starbucks!! I know it's going to be a great day when I hear George's beautiful voice in the speaker (and his infectious laugh! Love you!!). Thank you for making my days brighter with great coffee and thank you for the stickers!!

Line can be long at peak hours such as 8am-10am or 4:30pm-6pm but may vary from day to day. The service here is so friendly I love it!

Update, 6months later and still friendly staff and Julia is so awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my stars in my app. Yay!

There is an employee at this location named Sarah that I absolutely adore. I just started seeing her so I’m not sure if she’s new but I hope she stays for a long time. Lol she is the kindest, most considerate barista I have ever encountered. All because of Sarah, this location is my new favorite Starbucks! She always goes above and beyond to make people happy. It’s so nice to see such a young lady with such a heightened sense of what other people need (often before they even have to ask for it!) I seldom write reviews but Sarah’s customer service was so stellar during my visit today that I had to write this! Lol.

The ones who gave them 1/5 stars are either fake reviewers or just all around have nothing but complaints to say, which indicates theyre miserable people in general. Everytime I went, the drinks were made correctly and quickly. The employees always had excellent customer service skills and were friendly when I went.
