Food Lion

Love the new winter menu. Recommend the short rib Ragusa. Baltimore shrimp are always a winner. Service was great. Only thing I would improve are the cocktails. Would like to see more "grown up" drinks or craft cocktails like a signature Manhattan. Something less sweet than the crush or sangria. But overall, I love Shotti's. It is a favorite on our regular rotation.

Very clean and organized store! Staff is always friendly! Great selection of products & produce is always fresh!

Stopped here to go into the bathroom. The store was clean and employees were visible. if you needed help. Several lines were open.

Women's restroom was not super clean on the floor (toilet paper) but the toilets were clean and the bathroom smelled good. Plenty of toilet paper and soap.

Good prices, friendly service, we had a lovely cashier and his manager was very kind to us and him

It's nice to have a grocery store close to where we stay that has a good supply of allergy-friendly foods.

If you are staying in Berlin Maryland make sure to stock up on your snacks and drinks and even drink mixers (for the adults)

Everything was clean. Did not see any empty shelves. There were plenty of cashiers to help. No complaints.

Was in and out. No issues. They opened up a new lane when the two that were open started to get a few people in line heading off any long wait that might have happened.

The management at the Cockeysville location had done an outstanding job of renovating their store. The store rivals all the local supermarkets in cleanliness, variety of products and customer service. Keep up the good work!

Everything is neatly put on the shelves and categorized in such a well thought out manner. One of the better store layouts, the employees have really good manners there as well!

Clean store large selection of organic produce and gluten-free items as well.

Love food lions I feel they are more personal it feels like a small town grocery store I dislike going to Wal-Mart because it is so big . I wish they would improve on there policy on allowing dogs in the grocery store there was no problem at this store but there was at the Delmar Food Lion several times of going to that Food Lion and there was dogs there and I know service dogs are a must for some people but I know a service dog when I see them I know that you can ask if they are a service dog and 95% of the time they will have a coat that says service dog another way you can tell is they are highly trained and mind well they don't jump all over the food like in the produce section that happen the other day at the food lion in Del Mar it was a little Pekingese dog had no markings at all we asked her if it was a service dog and of course with a attitude she said yes I know she was lieing and I was told by the manger at the store all they can do is ask them if it is a service dog if they say yes they have to go buy there word so if I bring my dog in tomorrow at food I will just say it is a service dog and let him be around all the food that we eat. I work for a retail company not only do we ask we ask for the paper work to prove that it is a service dog because what if a person brings in a dog and says it is a service dog and it is not and the dog bites someone and does not have it shoots that could be bad

I love the new changes you've made. The Seafood dept. is a great addition. The hot foods bar too! The only down side to the changes is that I have to learn the new location of everything now.

Good place to buy fresh items.I live 35 miles from this store & I drive there once a week to get my meats & fish & sometimes when they have them king crab legs 🦀. I also buy my lettuce & tomato's 🍅 watermelon's & so on because it is always fresh & looks good.

Better than Wal-Mart in pocomoke city . Vegetables are fresh. Prices higher on some items, but the products last longer. I am not to sure what's going on with Wal-Mart in our town, but the prices keep jumping. Maybe food lion should open a store ln our town. People will shop at the right prices for f resh food.

Everything in food lion is of good quality from their meats to their produce and they usually have Everything you need staff are friendly and always eager to assist when you ask a question or need help finding an item excellent service

We have gone to the Food Lion in Berlin md many times. We are always able to purchase what we came for and the employees treat customers fantastic and go above and beyond to assist customers. We love this Food Lion....
