No matter where every person in West Ocean City has greeted me with a smile. No matter if returns to loading the team is great. I often start with a joke and they respond unlike most places.
Great experiences at most Home Depot locations however this one feels like home.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to the woman who rung me up, her name was Maria Riberio. She was very helpful and patient with me even though I had a very big cart full of things! She was very respectful and kind towards me and my elderly mother. She should totally get a raise. 😆😆

I am The Owner Operator of OceanPinesHandyman and found myself in a jam today. I took on a job installing wallpaper and was honestly in over my head. THANK GOD FOR CAPRI!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 She immediately identified something I overlooked. (Lots of things actually) The wallpaper is not self adhering, so basically, I need to do it "The old school way" Which coincidentally she has done before. First and foremost, every time I go into the OC location, she is BY FAR, my favorite face! She is always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and has a completely pleasant relaxing vibe that I can truly appreciate being a 1st year business owner! My hairline has gone back at least an inch this year from stress, but her gentle, relaxed disposition helps me maintain my focus and my hairline. Im a mess, but she calmly takes her time and asks all the right questions which helps me prioritize what is most important. This has been the busiest year of my life, so its easy to overlook the small stuff, but she CONSISTENTLY sets me up for success every single time I go into thee OC Home Depot by thinking of EVERYTHING for me! She always reminds me to get good before shots of my work to help my buisness grow. Who does that? Shes an unbelievably helpful person and is pivotal to my success at this point. Above and beyond does no justice for Capri. She is such a heavy contributor to my buisness with her daily reminders and positivity that I might put her on payroll! J/K Home Depot, just sayin.. I am SO GREATFUL to have her @my local store! She identified everything I needed.. walked me all throughout the store and did all this after her shift ended. You saved my ask Capri!! I so appreciate your belief in me and can't thank you enough for giving me the confidence to move forward with this regrettable project! Well, technically, you sold me on wallpaper installs today, so let's hope I do a good job tomorrow, Lol😝 Thanks for your kind words, patience, and knowledge .. This place has gone out of their way to help. I am a retired construction superintendent who worked for a very large contractor in this area for over 20 years. I have bought and ordered a lot of material from this exact location for many projects which I built in the Ocean City, West Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Berlin, and East Wicomico area. Prior to the store being built I would have to order materials from Delaware or from the Salisbury Maryland area. If there is something this store don't have, they will do their best to get it for you in a timely fashion. If you have a problem and can't work it out with the employees the management has always been able to help. I have never had a problem shopping here since the store was built. Now that I am retired I continue to shop here for my Landscaping needs, my home repair needs, electrical , lighting and even automobile accessories. Being the proud owner of a black lab and a blue tick beagle, I purchased an underground fence kit which I installed myself from Home Depot when the store first opened. It is still in use today many years later, it works wonderfully and has never failed me. I live in the East Wicomico area and I would rather travel to Home Depot in Berlin then I would any other place around and I am right in the middle of Lowe's in Millsboro, Lowe's in Salisbury and Home Depot in Salisbury. The store is always clean , and well-stocked. The merchandise always seems to be new and of the latest styles. My only regret is they do not have more than one restroom which is all the way to the end of one side of the store which is a problem if you're on the other end of the store because it is such a large store. The garden/outdoor area is wonderfully managed and it has a lot of stock. It is just absolutely stunning to see it come to life in early spring they have everything you need for your yard and yes even for commercial and Industrial Construction. Their hardware area is fairly good, the store has a great selection of tools, ( many of which I own and could validate the quality is certainly good enough for commercial and industrial construction) and paint supplies including a wonderful selection of colorful paints. I rented a carpet cleaner from this store, took it home and started using it the following day when I realized there was a problem with it.I took it back to the store where they exchanged it for another one and never charged me until the following day, without any problems. I have shopped at many stores throughout this wonderful Delmarva Peninsula in this location ranks as one of the best to purchase hardware, lumber, paint supplies, roofing, electrical, audio/video, plumbing, concrete, you name it.They cater to homeowners, commercial and industrial builders as well as sub-contractors and I have to say this location ranks as one of the best locations to purchase materials on the Eastern Shore. The staff is friendly always willing to help and for the most part experienced and are able to give you advice.

Nate from the Paint Department convinced me to get a Pro Account. It was super easy, but just the fact he went out of his way to do that meant a lot to me. I really appreciate you Nate! Paul from Paint also did me a solid when they were out of the Premium Plus base color he UPGRADED me to Dynasty free of charge. That was AWESOME! ,AND AS ALWAYS.. Jaylen always does a great job helping me figure out how many pixels to add to my custom colors. Everyone is very helpful, and checking out is so fun with all the friendly cashiers who always appear to be in very high spirits. Life happens, but I can count on all the uplifting people @ this particular store to stay face and be positive. What a breath of fresh air! It's always a great experience @ The Ocean City MD Home Depot!

I was in the Berlin Home Depot twice on Sunday. Not only did Mr. C. Reale assist me during my first visit, but noticed that I had returned an hour later and was very helpful again. I’m still telling everyone about the wonderful experience that made a difficult project not so bad. In addition to that, during my second visit, two male employees quickly retrieved a cart for the heavy item that I was carrying. It’s a pleasure to shop where you get professional and patient customer service.

What could have been a nightmare of a transaction, turned out to be a seamless and most appreciated experience. This was all due to Matt at the customer service desk in Berlin. We unexpectedly and happily bought a new refrigerator. We were not prepared to transport it home that day. Matt appeared with his 'cape 'on and saved the day. Not only did he arrange a truck for us, but he went got materials to aid us in loading the huge appliance. And to top it off, he helped to load it too! We were/are so grateful he was there.

I visit numerous hardware stores on the Eastern Shore and Annapolis. This store by far has the nicest employees. Most store’s employees are rude and have no desire to help. This store employees asked several times if they could help. So, I asked for help just to see what they would do. I asked for an item I knew was out of stock. One employee started to look through the store to make sure none got misplaced and another used their personal phone and account to check to see if any store near there had the item. It was great to see employees who actually wanted to help.

Rented a truck from this store. Mike who helped me with the process was very helpful and personable. I also stopped by the flooring department and Lori gave great advice on carpet selection. This is an awesome Home Depot !

The people who work here make you feel like you're shopping in a mom and pop local business, it's not the typical impersonal big box store experience. Trip after trip, no matter what department I've needed things from, the employees are consistently happy, friendly, and super helpful.

When men need retail therapy this is where we go. I love going here and walk the isles like I know what I’m looking at (I don’t) lol. But it makes me feel manly so I enjoy it. Lol. Great staff, always clean inside. People are so helpful and you can take your dog in here. Just a great place. Wish they sold hot dogs there. That would make Home Depot in Berlin just perfect. 😁

Can always find what I need here and love the self checkout. This location has a pretty decent selection and if not, I just order online from their website. Would recommend.

We take our kids to the workshop they have every month. The ladies are very pleasant and kind to the kids.
