CVS on Ehrlich is great they always let me know when I have a prescription to pick up and are so helpful

Always awesome service and staff

The service in the pharmacy is terrible. An Indian employee made me wait 10 minutes to serve me because he was buying some drinks to share with his work group.
Then I called to ask for a refill of the medication, I went to pick it up the next day and it wasn't ready. Another employee told me to look for it the next day but he never mentioned that I should contact my primary doctor so that the insurance would cover it, which I don't understand if the doctor already approved the refill previously. The next day I went back to get the medicine and after waiting 27 minutes they were charging me 5 times more than what I paid the first time.
They are slow and inefficient.
I’ll not recommend it

CVS on 5357 Ehrlich Rd

Improvements needed:

1) Keeping patients informed - I was transferring a prescription from Walgreens to this CVS location. I arrived at around 2PM and a pharmacy tech called Walgreens to initiate the transfer after obtaining my information. I left when he was on hold but told me to expect the prescription by 6PM. I returned at 6:30 expecting it to be filled. I tried to call the automated service but it didn't understand my prescription. I was told that Walgreens never picked up. The pharmacist also tried to call but couldn't get through. However, I WAS NEVER INFORMED of this fact. They were somehow able to fill it 15 minutes later, but it should have been available when I arrived or been communicated with.

2) Speed of checkout - There was a long line for most of the time I was there, in large part to the slowness of checkout. I don't know if this is because of a poorly designed process or because the cashier was slow. Customer in front of me took 5 minutes to be able to check out for a simple Advil.

If I could put zero stars I would, less than zero customer service, less than zero care in the world, less than zero speed, highly recommend switching pharmacy’s to literally anywhere else in the area.

I arrived at the Erlich store across the street from Publix at 5:55 pm on Sunday 03/03. I went to the drive thru window. There were two cars in front of me. A minute later the first car drove away and the car in front of me pulled up. There was some discussion about the medication and after a minute or two about the price. She pulled away and I pulled up right at 6 to see them shut the window in my face. They knew I was their because the lady at the window say “ madam their is another car behind you” meaning me but she said that just to get her to leave. Never intending to wait on me , very disappointing.

No one returns voicemails, you can not get through to speak with a human. I had to go up to the pharmacy twice to fix their mistakes. It is obvious that customer service is not a priority.

Lines are too long both inside and drive thru pharmacy. Wait and wait to then be told that your prescription is not ready and that I must return despite the numerous texts I've received and also stating that today is the last day for pick up. I was told it was available for pick up in the morning but not in the afternoon. What is that? Ready today means ready today. It's ridiculous and plan to fill my prescriptions elsewhere....too many choices to have to have to deal with sub standard service.

Every time I pick up a prescription I think it can’t get worse. This place proves me wrong every single time. It’s an absolute clown show here. Avoid having your meds sent here at all costs.

You are the worst. No staff, 45 minutes waits and have messed up three scripts in a week.
