This store is Great. Always clean even though they are very busy. Jamal is very patient and kind.

Awesome selection, competitive gas prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Don't go here after midnight no one will come to the window to sell you anything. Waited 30 minutes kept calling the store and person pretended not to here it. I saw someone in the store. They refused to come and wait on me at the window. Since Circle K installed the self checkout and the security window . The stores have gone down hill . I don't blame the employees, l Blame Circle K corporation the stores are now like 7-11s one person to cook , clean,stock, sell gas and lottery and whatever else needs to be done. I'm sure your sells per store will tank and will continue to do so unless there's some major changes. When you loose customers it's hard to get them BACK.....keep giving your Business to Wawas I'm sure they will thank you. Also games and rewards and buy 5 get 1 free is not working. Look at Winn-Dixie Good luck

You all have got to be more selective on who you hire at these stores. I go in tonite to get a few things. And I take in my own shopping bag because let’s face it the plastic bags Circle K provide are weak and too small. So to save time and resources of wasting plastic I bring in my own as I always do. And place the items I’m going to purchase in the bag and pull everything out at the register.

Well I get to the register to pay for my things and And the new person who was obviously in training says “ Oh you trying to steal from us”..? Jokingly…. And with restraint I reply “ Nope never. This is better than wasting plastic” … The young lady that was training this person I’m sure could tell the awkward tension I had by her trying to soften the situation by changing the subject…

That was extremely unprofessional and insulting…please do better ….

I’ll just go to WaWas up the block their customer service is much better

The employee on register had an awful attitude from the beginning. Ignoring me until I had placed everything on the counter.
As she was ringing me up, she was adding items left and right that I didn’t have or ask for. Sale took place on 03/18/2021 at 8:00:57 am. I bought 5 drinks and 2 breakfast items.

I checked the receipt in the car to see these items added. But rather than go back and confront the cashier, she continued to look down at me from the window with contempt.

The worst experience I could possibly have. The large women behind the counter was rude and screamed at me, after taking my I.D. and credit card away. Telling me they did not match because my middle initial isn't on my card! Then once I tried running my card l, while she is barrading me with rude comment I told her I hit debit instead of credit and when my card was ran another time, My card was declined because PNC found the fact that someone ran my credit as debit suspicious. I asked to go to my car to fix it and she starting screaming that my money isn't good there even when I pulled out cash. All I had to do was text my bank back to say yes to the purchase.
Completely disgusting.
I'm glad they lost my purchase of a carton of cigarettes and a case of water. I hope losing a 70 $ sale because of this women is worth it. I'm 27 years old and was treated like a child trying to steal candy.

Horrible service! The clerk screamed and is totally rude! He asked if we wanted to donate to something and we said NO. He did it anyway and when we complained, he kept the money! We were there 09.22.2020 around 4:30 pm. I hope that jerk gets fired! My boyfriend was the one in the store and is disabled.

I go here all the time; at least 3xs a day. The same girl/ lady always, I mean always, looks miserable. She rolls her eyes, looks away when I'm saying something, and rarely has a smile. She's been promoted recently to asst manager or supervisor. All the other employees are grand. They are always cheerful and make you feel welcomed. But if she is your lead, then "nice choice"...

This store has no regards for its customer's nor for the fraud that they allow to be transacted there, I know this because I had two transactions take place at this store in one day for x$ and the merchant let the transaction go through without even questioning the identity of person committing the fraud. I would avoid this business at all cost, Once my bank discovers the culprit, I will be making sure that this information is well known to all who do business with 3420 Handy Rd in Tampa Fl

the lady with the scarf and wearing a low bun working the nighttime shift was the rudest worker i’ve ever seen at circle k . disregarded my entire presence very rude

Please start providing receipts at the gas station without your system stating “receipt inside with cashier”. Thanks.

RUDE STAFF. Wish I hadn’t spent any of my hard earned money here. Left almost in tears. Won’t be back.

I stopped here 3 times in a row at different times no hotdogs or or effort to stock any items, its 230p now..smh don't stop for lunch they won't have it

They are scammers who sell damaged cigarettes and don't want to give you your money back.

I feel sorry for the people that work here. I will never stop here again.
