Starbucks

After a recent unpleasant experience at a different store this was nothing short of a breath of fresh air.

We opted for a mobile order this time and the drinks were made promptly and properly.

The staff are always hustling in any Starbucks store, but sometimes that comes at the expense of a less-friendly experience. That wasn't the case in this store. They took the few seconds needed to make me feel valued as a customer.

My favorite Starbucks! Everyone is always super nice here and ask how’s your day going. They always have my mobile order ready on time and if you have an issue with your order they take care of it for you.

Little hard to navigate the parking lot because it’s so small but if you do the mobile order you can park a little bit away from it and it’s much easier than setting in the line and waiting.

My preferred local Starbucks to get caffeine before work as it has a decent dining room and drive through so I can choose either option depending on the day.

This location goes above and beyond for customers. I live nearby and get almost the same thing every time (2 venti vanilla oat milk lattes with half vanilla) and they have never mixed up the milk or taken more than a few minutes. Sometimes I will venture into new territory and they are happy to help me come up with a good combination of flavors. They always seem organized and on top of all the orders, especially amidst their screen being broken before. Give this whole store a raise because in the many times I've been and with the many demanding orders I've heard, they're always kind, efficient, and organized.

This is a Starbucks location. Has all the things you might expect from Starbucks, has a nice drive through, and has a solid indoor space for ordering and sitting down. The staff here we're friendly, and got to us as quickly as they could. Feels like they are well staffed for both drive-thru and indoor operations. The drinks were made exactly as I would have expected them to be, and I enjoyed what I received!

Oh my gosh this is the best Starbucks I have ever been in!!!! I will be emailing the manager as well. Every young lady that is in this store right this minute is amazing!! Kind, helpful, and very patient!!! Three out of the four welcomed me when I walked in and all made eye contact and smiled at me!! WOW!!!!! My drinks were perfect!! Not messy and they actually took the time to make them not just throwing everything together and throwing it in a cup. And I learned how to order my coffee just the way I like it!!!

I’ve been coming here for close to two years now and the service is always amazing! They often get busy but the quality of drink is always worth the wait

You can't go wrong with Starbucks, no matter which one you visit their drinks are consistently good and made-to-order.

I love this place they are fast they are efficient and many times I've had someone pay for my coffee in front of me like a pay it forward which allowed me to pay for the next person's coffee have nothing but nice things to say about the staff they're fun and funny and they all do excellent jobs

The one off Bolsa Chica is great. It has a drive thru which is very convenient in the morning. It does get pretty full but the staff works fast to get the line moving. And that staff are so nice.

For a Starbucks, this is my go to store. I will drive to this store before any of the other stores. Unless I am so far away, that it is not practical, I will go here. The people are always nice, and they make the best drinks. It is always consistent in taste.

Visited this Bolsa Chica and Heil location for the first time the other week and was helped by a young girl named Lucy. She was super helpful and patient with me as a I couldn't figure out what I wanted to drink. when I got to the window she already had my caramel frappuchino waiting for me just the way I wanted it. Will definitely be back☺

The drive thru was fairly quick and the order came out accurate and at the perfect temperature. Great staff, convenient location, and solid quality.

Awesome customer service!!! I have been to several Starbucks all over Southern California and this is by far the best customer service I have ever receives, everyone was extremely nice and helpful!!! Will definitely come back!!!

I love Paul, Amber and Brady in the early morning shift; they are the best. Make my coffee extra good all the time.

My one negative thing about this place is that it's too good for its own good, and the people in the parking lot are not the smartest. The coffee is excellent, the food is available, and hot.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks. I have a Starbucks across the street but I drive a mile to go to this one because they consistently provide excellent customer service. Brittany is a star!!!

They baristas that work the drive thru at night are awesome! They are super nice and funny! My kiss love the fun broadcaster voices they use!
