I’m a business man and I’m always bringing my boxes more than 26 here, and the staff are very friendly helpful and always has a smile thank you for your help

I come on here on a regular basis. I do Amazon returns here, I have things printed etc. I’ve always had excellent customer service.

I read some of the reviews about this store: positive and negative are all true. So, depends on who you encounter with, you experience differently! The younger employees are very nice and helpful. I dropped off a package for husband. However, I left the envelope home. She found me a package. She saved me a trip and time. Thank you!

Great And Fast Service Much Better Than USPS Long Line And There Attitude Employees.

You can take your Amazon drop off spare and it only takes you a few minutes to get a receipt and you're out the door.

They weren't answering the phone so I showed up anways to my notary appointment. There was one girl working Dianna with 5 people waiting. I was kind of concerned because I was running late to work. She basically handled business and got me out of there in 20 minutes. Great store considering other ups stores kept canceling my appointments. Awesome place. Highly recommended.

We started renting a box at this ups store when we started our business in 2007. I am literally in their store daily and we have always experienced great service from all the employees there. The owners and staff are all very friendly, honest, helpful and timely with anything you need. I run our business out of my house and frequently have packages delivered there and I am notified by text when they arrive. When it comes to shipping items out, they always find the most affordable price to meet your needs. Now and then I need to print larger projects than my printer is capable of. I am able to e-mail the file to them, they print it out and it is ready when I pick up my mail. On occasion I have had to put large binders of documentation together and if the staff is not busy helping other customers they have jumped in to help me with my project. The staff at this store always goes above and beyond for their customers.
The owners, Patti and Tony, are two of the nicest people I know. They treat their customers and staff like family. I have two young girls that just adore the staff there and refer to them as our “UPS Family”. I fully trust them not only with my business needs but also personally. Over the years they have become like family to us. Their customer service is outstanding! This shows in the business relationships they have formed over the years with their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this UPS store!

This place rocks. I have had a mailbox here for many years. Staff is professional, courteous, and prompt. They acknowledge you when you come in. Very busy store, but always friendly and professional. Other reviews are complaining about tape charges and drop off fees, this is a business. You don't have to use their services. If you choose to, don't complain about a small fee for convenience. I have no problem to pay a little extra instead of wasting my time in line at the post office. My time is worth more than a dollar or two to take care of business in an "express" and convenient manner. You can't make everyone happy. Sad to see low reviews!

Let me just start off by saying they have the best costumer service here! So I'm tracking my package and it says that it arrived in riverside, and I need said package by today and arrival time to my house is on Monday. So I'm calling all ups store locations and being denied that no package has arrived to their locations. So I call this store and check and Christina , so helpful , informed me that they do not receive packagages directly at any ups store. When I could've been informed from the first call that only the hub receives packages in this case and are closed on weekends. She was great on the phone and very patient! I wish her the best in her journey at the job, and continuing to be above the line in customer service!! Just made my morning, thank you Christina

Never had any problems yet. Great service, quick and easy, never charged extra for Amazon returns, prices vary like any UPS store (check prices online before you shop/use, if you're unhappy, drive further to get cheaper prices, you should know this if you frequently use UPS).

Had to return ATT receivers/remotes thru UPS. The La Sierra UPS store scanned it in on Tue 11 April 2017 @ 9:04 AM and gave me a receipt - due date to be in Indiana 4/27/17. Received emails from ATT charging me in excess of $300.00 for not returning their product - i had my receipt ...... called the UPS tracking line only to find out this package was received in by ATT personnel in Indiana on 4/17/17 @ 10:25 am !!!!! ATT still has this bill looming over my head becuz their personnel havent OPENED the box to credit our account!!! Thank you UPS STORE La Sierra - job well done 😉 Todays date is 24th May 2017 - 😖

I’ve been here a few times and they have been so helpful. Even when the line is out the door, the employees are friendly and professional. The notary service is an added bonus!

I have had excellent service here. Been going here 6 years. They have always been helpful and fast service. A couple times I had someone new and they didn't offer to find a box for me but 99 percent of the time they are great!

Great service. I bring all of my USPS boxes and they ship them out for me! I never have to go back to the post office. Super convenient and nice people too.

I love shipping out of this store. All the employees are knowledgeable about products and work as fast as they can to keep the lines short!

I have a mailbox here and have been happy with the service so far. They handled all my online Christmas shopping deliveries promptly and efficiently.

I've seen some unwarranted bad reviews of this location, posting pics of boxes that look like they got ran over by a bus!!! The people at this location did not cause this! I've had a mailbox there four quite few years now and have received nothing but awesome service.

So polite and helpful! They cut down the box I had and didn't even charge. Best experience ever :)
