I went in today and got phone service and a new phone!! Faith helped me out and she was literally the best. She was so helpful and very sweet. I love my new phone service and my husband loves his new phone! I will definitely be keeping this service! Thank you faith for the awesome customer service!

After getting zero help through Chat support and not being able to get a live person on the phone for over two hours when calling 611, I was literally so frustrated I was about to change my service provider after being loyal customer for over four years!
The saving grace was Clark, who immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish and was more than willing to help facilitate and accommodate my needs.

I've been with Cricket for over five years and have never had a problem with their services. Yesterday I my SIMS card messed up, their Customer Support diagnosed the issue quickly and walked me through the steps to correct the problem while using chat. Love this place!!! They’re always so helpful! Even if they don’t really know what to do with the tech stuff you bring in, they’ll figure it!! Ciara was SO helpful & SO patient with me & my tech issues! I was there for an entire hour while she fixed what I couldn’t! All in all, I’ve never had bad service from this place!!

Best Cricket store I've ever been in. The ladies behind the counter not only helped me get a new phone and case but showed me how my account was mixed up from the new plan scales and got me a better plan for cheaper than i was paying before. Great atmosphere and amazing people working. I give it 10 stars if I could.

My husband's 3G flip phone, (yes, he's one of those who insists on having a flip phone,) went out last Wednesday and I decided to finally add him to our family plan at Cricket and get him one of their flip phones. The process worked beautifully up until the point where the nice lady (Lena) at Cricket attempted to move his phone number over from Tracfone to Cricket-- then it got horrible. Tracfone made it impossible to switch the number over to Cricket due to service on his old phone not existing any more from the 5G change. They would verify who I was and my account and then put us on hold forever. The nice Cricket lady tried OVER and OVER again. We were put on hold for over THREE HOURS! Her perseverance and grace under pressure was astonishing, especially contrasted with the intransigence of the Tracfone people. In fact, everyone there at Cricket that day were SO nice even though they were VERY busy and one employee's computer was frozen all day due to my issue.

I cannot highly recommend these people enough!

Myself and a gentleman friend bought new phones at Cricket in Ada a few days prior. We are both elderly but we're not illiterate. We were however having some problems and he had decided to return his and I was going to see if they could help me. We opted to go to McAlester but when we got there we were told the Manager eas off on the weekend and she'd have to authorize a refund so he'd have to come back on Monday . Sierra offered to try to help him with his new phone, to see if they could figure out what the problem was and what they could do to trsolve the issue. He was perturbed abd said he wasn't keeping a phone he couldn't operate. He wanted to think about it a iminute. So he got up and walked around to cool off. I sat dow0n and Sierra was so helpful and patient. She worked with me and tried and yried. Until she got each issue resolved one by one. She was one of the nicest, most knowledgeable , intelligent young women I've ever dealt with. While she was working diligently to help me, my friend sat down and began to talk to another employee, a young man named C-Ray. He started trying to help him try to overcome some of the issues he was having. We were ther for over 2 houts and they worked tirelessly, stopping inly to wait on other customers who came in or to answer the phone when it rang. Needless to say we are both VERY happy with our phones and made 2 new friends in thecprocess. Both Sierra and C-Ray went that extra mile to see that we were sarisfied customers. KUDOS to 2 awesome young people.

They helped us upgrade my phone and upgrade our plan to include 15gb of hot spot per phone. We only pay $90 a month for service.
