AT&T Store

Such an easy experience upgrading our phones thanks to Cory! The Forney location will be our new go to ATT store thanks to him.

I've gone in the Forney ATT literally dozens of times in the past 15 or so years. Everyone there is is extremely courteous. Maybe because I am elderly and they were raised right. For whatever reason they are patient with my ignorance of electronics.

My experience was amazing at this location. Will definitely recommend this store to others.

Can’t say enough good things about this location. The store manager is always helpful and tries to resolve any issue I have. This isn’t an at&t store that will try to upsell you, they actually care about their reputation. The culture of this store is like no other, they will always have my families business. I’ve set up many phone plans, hot spots, and even went in when my grandmother had phone fraud happening. They didn’t hesitate to jump in and go above and beyond to solve my problems.

Came in to the store with my mother to purchase a new phone. Upon entering the store Dez greeted me and asked what I needed help with. She was able to answer all of our questions and upgrade my mother’s iPhone. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was very efficient. We were in and out in no time at all. I highly recommend that you stop in and ask for Dez for all your AT&T needs. 5 stars on yelp LITERALLY😀

This was the best experience I’ve had at a store. I wanted to add another line and it was super easy. John helped me and I’m sure my son will love his new phone.

I ordered the 14 plus. I took it back to the store to have my old phone switched to the new phone. John did that for me. He had Dez help me with all my accessories. This is the store to go to for your AT&T needs. Thank you John and Dez you did a fantastic job.

The associate that assisted my wife and I (her name was long but she goes by V) on switching from T-Mobile to AT&T was absolutely outstanding. Perfect customer service, great knowledge on products, very sweet to my wife, and made the process painless. She even stayed after her shift to accommodate the time frame I needed in order to meet her at the store (she got off at 5pm and I could only be there at 5pm). Can not say enough good things about her, which is what made my experience so great. 10/10 would recommend going to this store and speaking with her to take care of your needs.

Full disclosure - I worked at this location from 2014-2015. I have since moved out of state/changed careers and this is still the location I refer friends/family in the area to. The staff has remained consistently helpful and knowledgeable. The manager, Johnathan Rangel, has taken this location to the next level. If you're looking for top notch service - this location is the spot!

I spoke to a young lady named Ariel about a service I once had last year and she resolved my issue pretty easy and efficient. The staff overall was structured and welcoming. Even though, my service is now over, I would definitely come here if I need my service activated.

Ricky took great care of me. He was extremely patient and made sure everything was good before I left the store. Humberto came and assisted Ricky and was very kind, had great customer service, explained some things I didn’t understand and connected my Apple Pencil. I can tell he’s dedicated to the customer and his job. Both did great! Much appreciated!!!

If you ever go to this store ask for Rhonda. She is amazing! I went to upgrade my phone and at the time the store it was very busy especially her, i almost left the store because they where so busy and she saw me she and ask me if she can help me, she was attending four persons at the same time. She attended me despite all the people she was attending at the same time, i got the phone the i was looking for and every body was happy with her. She gave a great customer service to everybody! She's Awesome!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Kenia and her manager for the effort. Words cant explain how grateful I am. I have been dealing with atnt for 1wk over the phone wasted my time going to the 1 atnt store in Mesquite and no one was able to give me a straight answer regarding the status of my order and just 1 phone call with Kenia atnt Forney, right there she was able to give me a resolution about my concern within minutes. Kudos to her!

Staff is incredibly nice!! I was helped by Mario he was very friendly and was very familiar with his products! I purchased an Apple Watch, and I loved it how he offered help to set it up for me. Thank you so much!
