Golden Chick

Unfortunately I thought it was really good the first couple times I went and then in the past two months I've gone like three times to the drive-thru and not only has my bacon ranch chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce been kind of cold but raw in the middle so that's not cool so wasted a lot of money and it's happened every time so I have not gone back because I got Salmonella poisoning twice which was the last two times I've ate there will not eat there again

This location has funnel cakes for dessert. There fish is always amazing. Manager took our order with precise energy. Offered extra items to make sure our order was correct. He did it with a smile. Love the customer service. It's important to me.

4 piece spicy tender meal, the strips were not as spicy as they were on my last visit, but they were still delicious.This is my go to spot every time I stop in Terrell Tx.

The people who work here are so friendly and nice. We had such a good experience and free ice cream. The facility was very clean, parking lot was clean and bathroom were spotless. We will definatly be back! :)

Golden chick is one off the best chicken chains out there. The zing sauce should be sold by the gallon.......

My goodness! Delicious! My first time eating at this food chain! I definitely will stop every time I’m headed to Texas. Everything was fresh & hot! Keep up the good work guy’s!

1st time I've had the chicken tenders, soooo good. They do Not have alot of breading on them THANK GOODNESS Very juicy & tender (BETTER than Competitors), the Rotisserie chicken is AWESOME. ❤ We will be back

The food was beyond my expectations, the new manager Sean Kim is very customer friendly. He made a few rounds around the store to make sure everyone was enjoying their food. I highly recommend golden chick to anyone that is looking for a great place to eat.

Wow! Chicken was hot, fresh and juicy. Dirty Rice was delicious, as well as corn nuggets.. Ice tea, fresh and delicious.

The chicken tenders here are crunchy on the outside, soft and nice on the inside, and always comes out warm and fresh. Also, the bread I eat here are always very tasty. (They also have free ice cream!) If you ever want to get tenders or chicken, I highly recommend Golden Chick. The bathrooms here are also clean and doesnt smell bad unlike other fast food places. It's in good condition. This is honestly one of my favorite fast food places!

The new Owner Sean Kim was an excellent host. A happy hello from the beginning. Wasn’t a long wait at all, and the food was fresh as ever. Definitely a homey environment. Great from the get-go!

Yummy rotisserie chicken. I love the family order of chicken salad and rolls. You can take home and eat the next day. I haven't tried their fried chicken because I can't pass up the rotisserie yummiest right in front of me. Free ice cream when dining indoors.

Every time i go, excellent fresh yummy food!!! They never disappoint, introduced my bf into it and he swears they’re the best than anywhere else. Love the customer service 👏🏼

Food was great! The computer went down and we had to wait for 35 min even though we called the order in 30 min before we got there it was a mess, but the staff was very apologetic and friendly. I know it's not the staff's fault the com went down not complaining just wanting to put out there how nice and apologetic everyone was !

Even during these difficult times, this Golden Chick location continues to impress. The quality in their takeout items haven't suffered and I respect that they're working hard to keep people fed!

Today, 3.8.2020, my wife and I drove from Canton Texas to Terrell Tx to eat at the Golden chick. We placed our order and as we were hoing to pay, we realized that we had left our card at home. We apologized to the owner, Mr. Kim. He stated that since we came to his restaurant , he was not going to let us leave without eating. He told that we could pay later and delivered our order. This is a very kind man. I pray that everyone would patronize this establishment. We ate, drove home and called and paid for our food. Thank you Mr. Kim for being such a kind hearted man.
