CVS

I ordered something through the specialty pharmacy and had it mailed to the store. When I was alerted that it was ready for pickup, the pharmacy tech, Kim, saw there was a major issue with the order and made the connections to get everything corrected the next day. I am grateful for the determined actions of the combined staff.

My CVS is nice and clean and has great customer service would like for the prices to drop a little bit with the inflation it’s starting to get a lil pricey but other wise great store.

Had an urgent prescription called into CVS Terrell, only to discover they were closed.
Went to CVS in Forney and spoke with the pharmacist on duty (Ann) and she was able to transfer and fill the prescription immediately, 10 minutes before their pharmacy closed. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am.

It's not the staff's fault for issues outside of their control, yet I see them working their butts off to help people out and they hustle to get everyone's RX ready. I've been coming here for 3 years and they've always been very helpful, even helped get my RX from $400+ to $175 because they knew of a discount by not using my normal coverage!

I was having a horrible day when I came here. My family is in town for the holiday and I was having a tough time with my in laws. When I went to check out the gal at the counter, Brook, was kind enough to ask me if I was okay. I can't imagine the look on my face that she saw, but the kindness to ask me when she didn't have to made me feel like a person who mattered. I explained a bit of what was going on. She gave me some much needed advice and it was exactly the perspective that I needed. It was my first time to that CVS and I had such a great experience that I am going to move my prescription needs over to them instead of my current store, even though this one is a little further away from my house.

Spoke w/ Kim over the phone, and she is so efficient and helpful, right to the point but still very caring to the patient’s needs. Thank you Kim!

I want to sincerely thank the caring team and management. I got my at home covid 19 test and tested positive. I managed to get some things in order to Keep hydrated and they couldn't have been any nicer to me. I appreciate it very much

Very sweet dog loving employees. I thought they might not let me in because I happen to have my little dog with me, but they were completely okay with it. Got in and out really fast!

Looking everywhere for a syringe for a furbaby. Wish I had gotten her name, but a pharmacist just gave me a couple from their stash. May seem like a small thing but I really needed one.

Angela was the best, she was helpful and energetic.

Having recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea,i was pleased to see that this location has some of the supplies i need for my apap just incase of emergency.The employees there are always helpful
