AT&T Store

I was greeted upon arrival, the store was clean and the employees were nice. Joe helped me with my bill pay and other questions I had. My visit to this store was wonderful and will be continuing to come to this location in the future.

If it wasn't for your employee Jack at the store I was ready to switch to another company. Thankfully att finally hired someone competent! FINALLY! That MF could sell air to a fish LET ME TELL YOU I was a very satisfied customer!!! All 5 stars go to JACK!!!

We had great customer service at the store. New to AT&T. Got fed up with Verizon screwing us on our bill. Was with Verizon since 2007 and my bill was over $300 a month. Went in to AT&T because our phones got hooked up to my wife's phone and hers to mine. The manager took time to help us and actually cared. AT&T customer service over the phone is a joke. I could not understand the lady on the line and as on hold for over and hour. We got disconnected at the end and our service was disconnected. AT&T Albany really helped us out. Thank you for all you did for us.

Jack saved my day today! Had a miscommunication with another associate about the oldest model of phones they'll accept for trade-ins (I don't think it was his fault, maybe it changed from S8 to the 9 pretty recently), but Jack and everyone else in the store today were super helpful and got my upgrade all squared away. Thank you Jack!!

Great customer service. We were here a good 5 hours to get service and the folks were amazing. Joe was a great salesman.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a clean store and a "Welcome in, how can I help you!", from an Associate named Jack! He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile on his face. He was eager to make sure I got everything I needed and even thanked me for coming in when I left. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

Sky Blue was completely amazing I can honestly say I have never had a better Sales experience We bought 2 phones, with all the chargers and a set of Galaxy pro 2 earbuds. Sky was so helpful at getting us set up and I would recommend him to anyone in the Albany Oregon area. I would definitely return to him with any questions or issues With my phone service.

Sky spent over an hour with us, upgrading our service with a deal we weren’t aware was available to us, getting our new phone, transferring info from the old phone to the new. When it was glitching and clear it wasn’t going to work, he explained very clearly how we could finish at home. Customer service is clearly a priority for Sky! I’ve always had great service as this AT&T store.
