Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This was my first time walking into this Sherwin Williams location and I was immediately greeted by two very friendly employees. Bianca was able to help me color match the paint I needed perfectly, and in a timely manner. The customer service Bianca showed was impeccable, and she is clearly an asset to this location. Not only was her product knowledge extensive, but she was also training another employee upon my arrival. Good call by upper management to have her helping new recruits, as I’m sure any employee would benefit immensely from working under her. Thanks again Bianca for the spot-on match. You’re awesome!

Couldn't recommend this store more highly. We'd been struggling for months to figure out how to match the stain on the siding of our house. We tried all the big box stores because we thought the variety they offered would increase the chance of finding the right color. Should have just gone here right away. Alyssa knew exactly how the stain would perform and what the right color choice was. It just wasn't in the section or color I would have expected. It worked perfectly. You can't tell where we used the new stain. Thank you!!!

Our exterior house painter uses Sherwin-Williams paint and suggested we stop in to choose colors. Bianca was immensely helpful. Her depth of knowledge in pairing colors gave us the confidence we needed when making a color choice and the end result was great. She has also worked with the office staff of our painter previously and was able to coordinate with them, saving us extra calls and making sure everything was right.

Prices are good and I like that they have a database that keeps track of your paint purchases, plus the service is great.
During my last visit, he sales associate was really friendly and helpful from the first contact via telephone (I called to check if the store was open), then helping me find out which paint I purchased previously, to guiding/advising me with my new paint purchase.

The woman at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable! She also took the time to look up my purchases from 5 years ago in order to ensure that I was purchasing the right paint for a touch up job.

This store has the best customer service. I love the products especially Emerald and Duration Interior. The prices are better than any Benjamin Moore dealer can offer and the quality of the paint is far superior.
I would recommend Sherwin-Williams in Briarcliff Manor to all my friends and it's a great product for painter's to get the best results possible!

Moving into a new house and walked in very confused about paint colors. After spending 20 minutes with a very patient and very thoughtful Bianca Yamin, I walked out with several samples and a much more informed idea of colors for my whole house. Will be back without a doubt.

The manager is new to this store but highly experienced staff member of the corporation...a million times better than the entire crew from last year...I refused to go there last year it was that incompetent!

hi quality paints. they have a paint that will kill all bacteria.(wow) it should be used in every hosp or health care facility.
