AT&T Store

While visiting this AT&T retailer for the first time. I enjoyed my visit due to the friendly atmosphere and quick service.

Chris was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He spent much time explaining different plans to me, helpful in explaining various features of different phones and making me feel confident in my selections, a far cry from other ATT locations, where most employees are much less knowledgeable and concerned. A real star!!

This store has great service representatives, particularly Chris and the assistant manager, Belky. I came in with complicated issues on multiple devices.

These two representatives dug into my accounts, including the history of my calls to phone support and the notes left on my account by the phone support representatives.

They spent a lot of time untangling the mess and uncovering the incorrect information I had received by phone support. Chris and Belky have in-depth knowledge of systems and service and they absolutely go to bat and put the customers best interest before company profits.

I’ve always had good customer service at this location, but now I’m convinced it couldn’t be better. Thank you Chris and Belky.

Great costumer service at this location. I really enjoyed how friendly and understanding everyone at this location is. But when meeting the manager Steven I knew that his staff were all learning from the best. I had a great Store rep in Lukas who helped me from the moment I stepped in the store and was just very calm and patient. Thank You for doing such a great job.

It was the best experience with At&t we have had in all the 9 years we have been customers. In particular, the representative who assisted us was amazing and was the most cooperative and knowledgeable of all the reps we've met in all our years with the company. I am very pleased and looking forward to next my upgrade. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Came into the store with the expectation to cancel my account due to bad customer service in the past , but Pedro and the manager Steven went above and beyond to keep me as a AT&T customer. They explained all of the great promotions and recommended the best solutions for us. These guys seriously convinced me to stay and give this company a second opportunity! I felt like family after i left the store. Recommend this location !

Stopped by the store to see if I could switch over from Sprint. Was greeted at the door and made feel welcomed and comfortable right away. Steven demonstrated an enormous amount of proficiency answering all of my questions and concerns and also outstanding patience. I'm grateful to finally be done with Sprint and can't say enough good things about the staff's service and store presentation.

I came to the store because my phone was in an accessibility mode and I couldn’t unlock it or change to regular mode. Chris and his assistant manager were so helpful and friendly. They quickly fixed the problem.

Went to pre-order a replacement phone. Justin was very helpful and made sure I was getting the best phone to fit my lifestyle

Steven Mejia provided excellent customer service when we were looking to upgrade our iPhone. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while we contemplated each new 2020 model. He have us honest feedback on each which helped us narrow down our choices. Steven, also, provided very helpful information on cellular data plans which would best suit our usage. He went over and above to ensure we left happy. He is an asset to AT&T.

Amazing place and staff … thank you Danny for all the help! Would definitely recommend this store to everyone…. Also feel like the staff should compensated more for their hard work they do everyday special during these pandemic times.. they technically put themselves at risk to provide us with great service. Thank you so much for that.

I came in to this store on two occasions. The first was to find information on services and products that they provide. The second time I came back to buy the new iPhone and the AT&T service. Both times they showed outstanding customer service, patience and knowledge of their products. The second time they remembered my name and I was in and out with no delay. Great overall service!

The manager (Steven M) and the rest of the staff were beyond helpful in assessing my family and I’s needs and found us the perfect cell phone plan. I absolutely loved their costumer care and will return to shop at this AT&T only. Super grateful for everyone’s help and ability to find solutions offer client reassurance. Would recommend to anyone!

William and Francisco helped my wife and I set up a new phone number for our son and upgrade our plan. They also helped me set up a firstnet account. They explained everything to us through the entire process including costs etc... They were both very professional as were all the other employees in the store. I highly recommend this store. 5 stars.

Recently visited this location Upon arriving I was greeted at the door witch I appreciated a lot . Staff was very knowledgeable and on top of every client that walked threw the door. Manager William did an excellent job at explaining in detail all their deals and insurance plans they had available. Overall highly recommend this location very friendly helpful great attitudes all around

Great costumer service from Steven , explain to me all the aspects of the agreement and he makes you feel welcome to the store. If you need anything ask for him I will be coming back when is time to upgrade my device.

Recently visited the mount Kisco store. I must say my experience there was like no other. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Lucas thanks for taking the time to get me what I needed. It was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Steven Mejia is the “GOAT” (GREATEST OF ALL TIME) AT&T manager I have ever worked with. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable on every phone and data plan. He made me feel at ease and he showed no sense of urgency when discussing all of my potential phone/plan options. The customer service he displayed was impeccable. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend everyone in the Westchester County and NYC Metropolitan area to take a trip to MT Kisco for all your AT&T needs. You will not be disappointed.
