Antoinette was the nicest cashier I’ve seen in action! On a Friday night where most in line just wanted to go home and drink their liquor, she demonstrated patience/great customer service. She is also the first 7-11 employee I’ve ever heard greet customers as they walk in.

Night shift guy Trent Leach is awesome, always crackin jokes and makes you laugh! Awesome employee!

With regard to refreshments, the reduced-price refills at 7-Eleven are a bona fide boon, bestowing upon their patrons an affordable means to quench thirst. Each gulp, each swallow from these refills is akin to a budget-friendly oasis in the arid desert of everyday expenditure. However, the establishment's Coca-Cola products are a story of a diamond in the rough.

The Coke, while it remains the classic cornerstone of the cola kingdom, appears to struggle with a somewhat erratic effervescence. Some days, the fizz is a jubilant dance on the tongue; on others, it feels like a subdued waltz. A little tweaking could perhaps aid in maintaining a more consistent carbonation level, bestowing upon each sip a standard bubbly delight that every Coke drinker yearns for.

However, all this fades into oblivion when one encounters the most remarkable gem of this 7-Eleven - an employee named Riley. Words can barely do justice to the brilliance of Riley's dedication and commitment to her work. She navigates the aisles with the precision of a seasoned sailor steering through the most challenging storms, her smile as radiant as the morning sun.

Every interaction with Riley is an illustration of supreme customer service, making patrons feel as if they're not merely in a convenience store, but a five-star experience. She is, without a doubt, the jewel in 7-Eleven's crown, and as such, should be rewarded accordingly. A gold coin or two from the company coffers, metaphorically speaking, would be a well-deserved tribute to her service.

In conclusion, a visit to 7-Eleven is a unique tapestry of convenience, a dance of effervescence, and an encounter with exceptional service in the form of Riley. While their carbonation could do with some refining, their choice in staff is nothing short of golden.

For some reason instead of having pizza in the hot station they think you want to wait 10 minutes to make one. Somehow they fall below already low expectations.

I've lived next to this 7/11 for 5+ years. Today was the straw that broke the camels back in writing this review.

Stuff is never in stock. Today they were out of the chilli / napkins / ketchup. There is a heat wave right now and the lady wouldn't let go of a cup for water for my dog. And I have to ask every time for a double bag bc they rip on my walk home. Like they know me well enough bc I'm here often enough same with my roommates that they KNOW we walk here and get 2x 2 liters and their bags aren't strong enough to carry them. But still we gotta ask for the extra bag and sometimes they grief us about it.

Today their 2 ketchup packets were sitting in a quarter inch of pickle juice and they had no napkins to clean my hands with.

3. they never answer their phones
4. out of condiments
5. watching media on phones ignoring customers and talking about inappropriate content at work.
6. Mislabeled hot case items (wrong item received)

Shelves have not been kept stocked for 3 months. Consistently out of products.

Second time I got milk that was spoiled. My 7 year old puked before I knew there was something wrong AGAIN. They seemed more concerned about security cameras than serving bad milk.
