AT&T Store

A lady in the store helped a mentally limited older gentleman this morning and successfully got his new At & T flip phone working for him. He was in great distress when he was having problems the first day....It was amazing, all of this man's church friends are so grateful, as he was so fearful without the use of his phone. Thank you Washington Square A T & T store !

It was iPhone 15 launch day, I imagine a day filled with high customer flow and even higher expectations for the team to meet their needs and have everything in stock or answer to why not. That said, we have Foday and he was outstanding! He was kind, knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure of an answer he quickly grabbed someone who could help him. He and the whole team were on point and ready to help everyone who walked in, and assist each other without trying to steal the client or take credit. Thank you for walking us through our bill, explaining policy when there were questions, and getting us out the door with new gear. This might be my new favorite ATT store!

Great store & friendly customer service. Nickolas was helpful & helped me & my family pick the suitable vacation e-sim plans. He did a great job setting up our phones.

We came in for a screen protector for a phone when we got there the store at Washington square mall was very busy but the manager came right over to help us and in about 5 minutes we was on our way the communication workers at the store are always very helpful and friendly that’s why we always go to the store at Washington square mall in Tigard Oregon

A quick visit with a representative to see if I had cell phone coverage in Canada. The question was answered promptly and cheerfully. I had thought about purchasing a Samsung smart watch for health monitoring. Evidently, new models are now coming to market. This may be an opportunity to see whether the older models will be discounted soon or if the new models will be worth buying.

Aiden is the best customer service representative I have worked with in any industry in recent years. She worked patiently and diligently to resolve my billing issue.

Trying to sort out issues with my Dad’s phone that resulted from unpaid bills when his wife passed. Came over completely frustrated from the Verizon store on Dartmouth (where the agent really wanted me to leave so he could watch the basketball game). At AT&T, Moriah and Josh were gracious and kind, patient and proactively problem-solving. Could not be more grateful. Phone is up and running, and Dad is safe. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Casey at AT&T inside the mall was great! He helped me with everything I asked of him, and then some more! I left a happy customer, he really got me set up with a plan I’m happy with and for once in my life I didn’t feel like a phone store salesman was trying to pull the rug out from under me. I will definitely come back to see Casey for my future needs, and I recommend everyone to do the same! Thanks again Casey, next time I’ll be back to talk about that great deal on Direct TV!

My feedback to ATT FirstNet - was a rating of 5/5 based on the interest, self-initiated actions, attention to detail, and transition service which Shannel provided. Way more than selling a phone ... service above and beyond.

I rely on ATT Stores vs the contractors for a reason - and she and her managers were knowledgeable and helpful in every way.

I also likes the teamwork and engagement. We all were frustrated by ATT platform issues; about 3 hours to migrate the billing platforms and get all synch’d and working.

But for Shannel's character, competence, job performance, interest in my needs and account, and presence I might have become impatient, annoyed or intolerant. However - there was nothing not to appreciate about this gal from Wyoming and because of her I actually enjoyed the experience. And manager Moriah also.

Christopher P. was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond trying to help us find the best plan and discount. He is the best AT&T personnel that has helped us. KUDOS to him!

Aidan and Foday unraveled & explained our plan, and what began as a quagmire and lemons… they turned into lemonade. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I hate dealing with cell phone stuff, mostly because I hate going to the phone store.
I have to say, this shop in Washington Square Mall really surprised me!
I was in and out in like 5-7 min.
The lady who helped me out was knowledgeable and personable. The manager was making sure everyone was good to go and even took a second to say hi, and the store was really clean, organized, and well stocked.

Keep it going. People notice little things like that and it adds up.

I can’t say enough good things about Nina at this store. She went out of her way to help me with a long time problem with a phone purchase. She is supremely competent, caring, and I think the company is very lucky to have her. Her handling of this situation literally changed how I felt about AT&T as a company, and believe they try to give the best service. Thank you Nina, I’ve never had such an amazing experience with customer service.

At the Washington Square store in Tigard, Oregon. Foday helped us and was excellent. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking for Foday if you visit this store.

Came in to switch over from a provider that was too expensive. Christina helped me and my entire family switch over with so much ease! She was very thorough with explaining everything so that we all understood. She was professional, made us laugh, saved us money, and made our experience so much better than the last! I really appreciate all your help Christina, we enjoyed spending time with you!

Emily was awesome! Helped us get 2 new phones and restructure our service for what was best for us. Explained everything thoroughly and made it an enjoyable experience. I will only work with Emily when going to AT&T store.

Two days ago I went with my wife to purchase the new iPhone, Christel was very pleasant, patient, helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered.
She was incredibly knowledgeable and created an atmosphere that put us at ease. She is affable and approachable. Today my wife went again to the store and she had helped by another 2 people who were very nice and helpful. Bottom line, I will always consider this "My Store" and look forward to purchasing more items. Thank you to Management for having such a super team!
