Trey, truly exceeded my expectations with his outstanding service. Not only did he skillfully guide me through the process of getting a new phone, but he also demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and empathy.

I came in about 30 mins to closing with a few questions regarding lines and upgrades. Will and Nadeen made sure I got the best deals and made sure I understood all the changes. Even though we were there past closing, they didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Top-of-the-line customer service from the both of them.

Had exceptional service, which was quick and informative. I was provided with the best option that suited my needs from the young lady that assisted. The other staff member was nice and friendly as well.

Just had Will, rep, handle an issue that the customer service call center couldn’t help with, after over an hour on the phone. Will, store rep, handled it in less than ONE MINUTE and showed a junior rep how to obtain the information as well. I am always so thankful when I come in here, the people are so nice and always so helpful. Today I had Trey and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and kind and I would love to have him everytime I come in for either issues, new accessories or actually anything. Very happy and satisfied. :)

My last two visits to the AT&T office in Niagara Falls NY have been the best customer service I have received anywhere. Both Nadine I. And Trey G. were extraordinarily helpful and went to the max to help us (my son and I) with our issues. Thank you guys for repping your office with such good service.

I have been a customer for over 30 years and this store has always been helpful with any issues I have had with my phones or my tablet! On Saturday June 2nd a very nice young lady took care of my problem in minutes and I am so appreciative so just wanted to say Thank You

I was having done trouble with my phone as well as my daughters. We went to the store on Saturday December 10th and worked with Doug Corner. He was excellent! Answered all of our questions, he changed us to a new plan which significantly dropped our monthly payments and improved our service. I have not always had positive experiences at that store, but Doug was professional and very knowledgeable!!

Doug (the manager) is amazing. After the historic Blizzard of 22, he made sure his store was open and available to his customers. He was the only person working in the store on Dec 27, and there were 10 customers who were all treated with care and outstanding customer service. Well done Doug!

William helped me at the store and was really helpful.
