I sent my husband up there to buy a vape for me on a budget. NOT ONLY did they give him everything I needed for a price within our budget, but since I called up there beforehand, they had my number and called me to make sure the flavors and type they had chosen together for me would work for me before he checked out. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and care. I'll be using them way more often now!!!!

The staff was very helpful. It was almost closing time. There was no rush and they helped find exactly what I was looking for. Had been looking online and was able to get a higher quality and larger product for 50 dollars cheaper than anything I could find online. Great place. Beautiful pieces. Good prices.

I hope the owner see this message because I'm sure he will remember me. I what's visiting my family outside of Springfield Missouri. I seen him the day before I left to drive back home to Massachusetts. I needed a few different brands of cartons of cigarettes and he had everything I was looking for and I also bought things I did not plan on buying once I seen what they had inside the store. I also went there 4 months later because I never made it out of Missouri. I was carjacked in St Louis on my way driving back home, jumped off the highway in St Louis to get gas and I was carjacked and they ran me over twice with the car. I already stopped moving after the first time but they had to try to kill me and go over me a second time. I was hospitalized for 4 months. Nevertheless when it was time for me to leave again oh, I stopped again at princes smoke and vape store. Again he had everything I was looking for and I bought things again that I did not plan on buying LOL. Had a wide variety of everything. The owner also told me he had lost mother recently. He remembered me from going there back in January and I told him what had happened to me. Needless to say he's a very nice man and I wish him all the best life has to offer him, you are in my prayers, may you have a successful happy life. So if you go here to this store, you will also have a genuine man helping you. Wide variety of things from smoking pipes, wraps, cigarettes, cigarette rolling machines and cigar rolling machines, never seen a store with it until I went here.
