This man at Springfield Vapors is the most amazing person!!! I went in today after purchasing a cartridge that DIDN'T fit my pen & he tried everything to find a way to fix my problem. This guy worked feverishly running from drawer to drawer and case to case in hopes of finding a pen or attachment that would work. Even tho he couldn't find anything he had that would work, his determination & dedication to help me was totally unlike any customer service I've ever seen in my life. I will definitely go back and become a customer. I hope that EVERYONE goes to Springfield Vapors and sees how fabulous this place and this guy are.

Great service even at closing time!

The guys here are great! They put up with me coming in, constantly, to buy a new vape, or get pods for an older one. I'm really bad at losing my vapes, with my chaotic busy job and life, and they always help me figure things out.

This will forever be the only place I go for all my vapor needs, great service and very friendly owner

I went in because I needed some juice on a Sunday morning and they were the first to open. The guy working was great to answer my questions. He suggested a juice and then guided me away from a juice. That honesty right there is a beautiful thing. I ended up getting two house flavors and they are really good. I will definitely go back. This stuff is good!

Absolutely love this place! After my old shop closed, I went on the hunt for a new place to call "home"...and found a lot of douchey people running the stores. Not here! Very cool guys, no better-than-you attitude, great selection and prices! Highly recommend.

Awesome place, Very Knowledgeable, Very Friendly, Very Helpful. This is the ONLY shop in town I would send my friends. You won't stand in line waiting for service like some other shops in town, you won't get bad juice like some other stores in town.... Like all reviews, this is just my opinion.. Give them a try....

The man working at the time let me go through different juices until i found one I loved. I got home and saw it wasn't the strength I had asked for, I called the next day and it was replaced with what I needed. Thank you so much for your kindness!

The fellas here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly. I won't go to a different vapor shop anymore. They spent time to answer every silly question I had and didn't act like I was wasting their time like the "other" place I went to.

They are really helpful and laid back and lots to choose from and too many flavors to choose from they are now the number one shop in town I've been a customer for over 3 years now and from day one they have treated me as a vip

My wife and I went here for the first time today and this is officially the only vape store we'll be giving our business to from here on out. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about his products (which all come from here in the USA). The prices are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who vapes.

The only brick and mortar store in Springfield MO I will spend my money at. I love the owners pops and his sonare definitely some awesome people always funny always pleasant to speak to when I do business in store.

Guy, he works on Sundays gave some phenomenal customer service. I am definitely coming back here before I head out of town. This is a gentle hidden under rocks in the world vaping in this town.

Surprising variety of products, everything from mods to disposables, regular liquid & salts, also a good amount of delta 8 products, staff seemed very friendly & pricing seemed on par with other stores.

These guys know what they're talking about. They really truly want to help you quit the cigs. They hooked me up with a Smok Novo2 and its so me and not only quit cigs but I hardly hit my vape now either. . I didnt like the first different capes I tried and their return practices and realistic business approach is why i would definitely send any1 there to get started. And the rad staff and sweet Owner Steve will have you a definate repeat customer.

This plane has great customer service. The employees are knowledgeable and super friendly. The prices on equipment and e-liquid are extremely reasonable as well.
