I have been coming to this location for several years now. I have had a great experience here every time. Some visits took longer than others, especially with getting a new phone and data switched over, but I think that’s just the nature of technology. The people are knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Dominique was wonderful! I came in with issues worh my phone and she was able to fix it and lower my rate by $10 a month! She was patient and kind, thanks again!

Update! I went into this Verizon store to get my daughter's phone activated. It was busy, but the staff was professional and on point! I was impressed 👍 I had a great experience, and my daughter left happy

Had the pleasure of sitting down with Dominique and going over multiple plans. We we able to get my phone ported over from another carrier and she saved me roughly $75 a month off my monthly payment. The customer service was great and she really helped me understand the numbers! 100% recommend!

I never got a review request from Verizon for my experience- so I wanted to put one on here, Rachel helped me on 7/2/22 when I was trying to make a claim on my insurance to fix my phone screen. We had to add me as an authorized user on our Verizon account in order to make the claim apparently. Rachel was friendly and easy to talk to while I was on the phone with the insurance representative which was for a very long time, she was interactive and kind to my 6 yr old. And even though there was only so much she could do on my end she very patiently stayed with me through the whole process. Her customer service is great and she seems like a sweet person in general. Please commend her

Have been a customer with this store for years. Paolo is awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Appreciate all his input and suggestions. He deserves a raise and a promotion! We were there for over 2 hours. Even though they were very short staffed (i.e. 2:30-5:00-store was busy with just 2 employees, neither of which had been able to get away for a lunch break), he was very patient, courteous and fun! Highly recommend this store and Paolo in particular! Outstanding customer service! Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Many times I have entered a store and began asking questions. Based on the facial expressions or reactions from store associates, I have often felt dumb or just simply tolerated. This is not the case at Russell Cellular! Their associates are extremely friendly and super helpful. I worked with Kevin and another young lady who are both incredible at customer service! Thanks a lot for a great experience :-) I’ll be back!

After a week of me tying my attempts at getting service into knots, via online and over the phone, I went in to try and straighten things.

3 members of their team, spent more than an hour in each of my 2 visits to resolve my issues and got me Exactly what I was going for. They were all polite, professional, courteous, and I am immensely grateful and impressed at their service.

Paolo was very helpful during our visit. He even stayed over his time to complete our transaction. Love how they greet each customer when you walk through the door.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. was able to get in get the phones we wanted and get out without any trouble whatsoever.. a much better experience than at the corporate store.

This location was excellent to work with! You never want to go to a phone store because you always expect it to take half your day and also to be a lot of awkward “we’re just waiting for this to download” moments. Brandon and his team made the whole process easy, and entertaining. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in store but were willing to hunt one down, go get it and bring it to the store to set up all while we were upgrading a watch. Definitely recommend.

Ethan was initially helping a woman when we arrived. He fully satisfied what she needed before moving on to us. We had just arrived at Russell to upgrade our phones after leaving the Verizon Corporate store, where they acted like they didn't want to sell us anything. Ethan was super helpful helpful and knowledgeable and we left with 2 new phones! He even took the time to apply the Liquid Glass protection on our screens. Thanks Ethan!

Russell and Brynah are amazing at their jobs! They helped my family purchase and get set up on new IPhone 12 Pro Max’s. They were super nice and very patient. 10x better experience than any other mobile store I’ve ever been to. I will now be a life long customer here and will send all my friends and family here! We came in due to having issues with our current phone company. It was 30 minutes to close but the representative was friendly and attentive. Even though he was fairly new if we had a question he answered and if he did not know he asked. He also ensured all of our lines were active and working prior to us leaving. Our visit could not have went more smoothly. This representative was very personable and really made sure we were satisfied and taken care of 100%. A personal thanks to this representative for all he did.

The salesman was very kind and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with our purchase and it was because of him. It took a long time to transfer the data from one phone to another, however. All in all, we are very happy with the purchase 😎.

I have always had excellent customer service in the store. Paulo has always been patient with all my questions and is a very lighthearted young man. It is my first choice when I need help with any of my cell phone questions or a new purchases.

Austin was absolutely amazing! He had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a looong time. So polite and helpful setting up 2 new lines and adding an old phone to a 3rd line even though we came in less than 45min to close. Thank you Austin for a great experience!
