I’m going across the pond at the end of the month and had no clue how my phone would work or what I needed to do. Russell, the man himself, explained me my options and was able to hook me up with a one month/one time charge international plan! Big corporate stores give me anxiety and I find it hard to trust that they always have their customers best interest in mind and are not just money hungry shmucks.
At this store I felt heard and like I was talking with a genuinely kind person. Thank you Russell!

Ashley was AMAZING when upgrading to my s22! She was so nice and attentive, even when there were several customers in the store with her the only employee. She was super helpful in getting me good deals as well!

I have never had such a great experience as the one I had today. The individual assisting me with my issues was so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Technology can throw me a loop and he was extremely pleasant and helpful in his assistance. It was definitely an enjoyable experience, much to my surprise. Thank you Shane!

Ethan assisted me. He was very helpful and patient. The other two gentlemen in the store were also very pleasant and nice to deal with. I saw one of them helping an older gentlemen when I was there. He was so patient and nice to him. It is nice to see customer service like this, which you don't see often anymore

My wife and kids went in on a Saturday afternoon, and Ethan assisted them. Everyone of them said what a great experience they had. I went in the store 5 days later and was lucky enough to have Ethan assist me as well!! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the different phones and the extras that we also needed! Great experience dealing with him and the Russell Cellular store off of East Sunshine in Springfield, MO!!

The young man working in the the sunshine store is extremely professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable and willing to go far beyond what is expected of him excellent person to deal with. If you have any kind of issue with your phone 😊

We've used Russell a couple of times. They're easy to deal with, helpful, have things in stock unlike the main store or even best buy. We will continue to use them as our Verizon peeps!

Very good experience. Associate was very helpful in not only getting me the right phone for my needs but also getting me the right deal. I'm on a shared plan with my brother and sister in law and she went through all the lines with us and helped get us all set up for our needs. Very pleased with the visit.

You can conduct your business inside the store. Don't have to stand outside in the weather. Everyone was masked and kept a safe distance. It was a good experience and I will use this store for all my needs in the future. Thank you!!!

I only buy my phones from Russell Cellular on Sunshine everyone is so nice there and very helpful go over everything on your phone they are a blessing compared to some other cell phone places. Josie the little manager she has got a lot of patience. A lot of people coming in while I was there and she was very calm cool and Collective she was very professional

It was really lucky to try your store after going to another Verizon corporate store. They sent me to BestBuy. Shane was super cool and ordered my device and got me a case and a plan. I wish my payment day was not changed because it caused a problem.

These guys are awesome! Very helpful, so knowledgeable and helpful! Had a great time visiting with Shane while he set up our new phones and walked us through any questions and info we needed!

I visited this Verizon location after attempting to activate a device and failing to do so properly. Tanner helped me with this process without needing me to be involved other than answering a few questions. He was very polite and kind to my mother and myself. I will continue to use this location when needing anything related to my cell service just because the customer service was so outstanding.

Nothing but amazing Service from this staff. The store manager here is prompt to answering any and all questions, and if it isnt something she can clearly answer, she will help you call customer service and get answers with you. She is the best and I will always recommend her. Josie has been nothing but friendly with us, and even has great composure when dealing with the most difficult of situations and always is able to make things right with either her staff or customers. Out of all of the Verizon stores I have been to, this will be my new go to as long as josie is there to help us! I love that she takes the time to check on things with us and make sure things are going well with my phone, and my account.

This evening she had a few customers causing a fuss, but handled it all so well, and I praise her for her calm and collected state. She got the issue worked out promptly and was extremely professional and then attended to my husband and I with tech issues we were having. I highly recommend her.

Josie was exceptional and very helpful in what services that she provided. I look forward to visiting this Verizon Store again in the future.

I have since returned to the establishment, and Ethan was both respectful and informative with exceptional customer service. Kudos to Ethan, Josie, and the rest of this establishment for continuing to offer excellence to new and returning customers!!

The girl here was very very helpful, Ana she helped me get the phone I needed and set it up just the way I wanted it. She went out of her way resetting my passwords. Really really helpful will definitely recommend coming for her.

Stopped in with an interest in a Verizon Jetpack. The staff could not have been more courteous and sweet. Both of the female employees I spoke with were extremely helpful. It’s hard to find truly kind people in this world anymore, but I can promise you, they do exist! Big thank you to the girl that warmed my heart today!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Russell Cellular on East Sunshine. Ethan G. was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to help me understand a few things with my phone. He is a kind young man and you should be thankful you have such an employee!

Trey was extremely helpful! I was ready to upgrade and he helped me figure out what I needed without trying to upsell or promote something I didn't need. Also, he was quick to answer all of my questions. I'll be back!

Jesse was very patient working through the options for my plan with 5 lines and 2 tablets. I appreciated his patience and knowledge as he thought through ways for us to have everything we need at the lowest possible price. He did the paperwork for trading in 2 devices which was above and beyond. Thank you!
