Amazing staff working here. Always clean even in the restrooms. Some of the prices on some things have gone up maybe a little higher than what i would like them to of but i will stil be using this walgreens anytime i need some walgreens assistance

Although it took a bit to get my scripts the pharm tech wasn’t great BUT THE PHARM D WAS AMAZING Highly Recommend him. Would go back just because of the Pharm D

I walked in straight to the cashier counter and it was empty. I waited and waited nobody came. Another lady came up with an armload of merchandise and waited. Nobody showed up. She said "I guess everything is free today. " She left with her merchandise and without paying. I went back to the pharmacy to get help and they were to busy. I finally found someone in the back. I told him just left with an armload of I merchandise. He said yeah that happens a lot when we're busy in the store.I just needed to deposit money on my debit card. Apparently they're perfectly fine leaving the register and front of the store unattended so HEADS UP PEOPLE!!! IF YOU WANT FREE STUFF GO TO WALGREENS ON KEARNEY AND NORTH KANSAS EXPRESSWAY!!! Nobody at the register or floor and you can just help yourself!

My usual walgreens was out of my medicine and sent me here. They gave me the vial of medicine I have to inject, but would not dispense the syringes for it because I buy them over the counter (it's cheaper/easier than insurance). When I asked how the pharmacist expects me to inject the medicine he just handed me then, he just shrugged and said not his problem, lied and said it was company policy, and I had to go to another Walgreens just to get the syringes for it. Zero issue once the other Walgreens pulled up my account.
Their pharmacy doesn't seem to particularly care about their customers. This is the only Walgreens that ever gave me a problem- I don't know if that man still works there but I will not be back.

Very unprofessional a little kid was in the back like a daycare and I was trying to get my prescription from 9:45 til 1:30 when they closed on me for break and told me to come back at 2:00 finally had enough so switch to a different pharmacy.

I’ve been going there now for the last six months. You always have to call in a prescription at least twice they never get it the first time even though they say they ordered it. Then when you go to pick up your prescription they are the slowest people I have ever seen. Always just one person helping customers at the window every time I go in there there is at least six people in line no matter what time or day you go in. Then on top of all that they have the rudest most condescending employees I have ever encountered in my whole life. And as I talked to the people around me they all have similar stories. It’s sad when you have to deal with people like this to get prescriptions so you can live a decent life

Let me preface this by saying I understand Covid has messed everything up and so many pharmacies are short on workers and supplies and they’re just having a hard time- give workers grace during this time. HOWEVER. I received a voicemail yesterday as well as today stating my birth control was ready for pick up. I spent over an hour in the drive through line with 2 screaming babies just for the pharmacy tech to tell me that they had nothing ready for me. When he asked what I was there for I explained it was for my birth control prescription that I had 2 voicemails confirming it was ready for pickup. He left the window and returned with a progesterone medication that was from a previous prescription that is NOT birth control. So I sent in my payment thinking it was for one thing and then I get sent another. At this point I go home because I cannot wait another hour with screaming kids. I call and ask to speak to the pharmacist or a manager- someone other than a tech. I explained the situation and they confirmed my birth control was sitting right there ready for pickup. I explained that I understand that everyone is struggling right now but that this whole thing was unsatisfactory and was completely blown off. I’ll definitely be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

I went there this evening & had to keep ringing the bell on the counter at the check out trying to get somebody to come to the cash register so I could pay for my purchases and go. There were 3 other people behind me urging me to keep ringing the bell because we stood there 5 minutes before a customer went searching for someone to help. A very improperly dressed young guy in shorts, black leggings & dread locks looking like he'd just gotten out of school or the gym came finally & began ringing us up. It was very unprofessional & very improper for customers to be waiting this long when there should ALWAYS be somebody looking somewhat professional & properly dressed at the register. WALGREENS CAN DO BETTER 😠 😡 😤

Again a prescription that had been called in by the doctor wasn't ready until the next day. It was an antibiotic for an infection. I needed it the same day. I would not go here if insurance didn't make me. Very poor service again.

Blaine was extremely rude and unhelpful. He made snarky comments, smirked at everything he said, and made me feel stupid. If you have to go here, and he's working, I'd suggest coming back a different time

I have been a Walgreens customer for many years and every time my prescriptions are supposed to be refilled they are always a week late. I called to check on a prescription that was updated and I asked them if they could call the insurance company to get an override for my new prescription and they told me that it was not their job. I have been disappointed with their customer service and with the way they keep track of when prescriptions are due for auto refill. My medication always runs out before I receive the new prescription. I moved all my prescriptions to a new pharmacy.
