Shaymar was excellent with us Baby Boomers who have had the same phone for 7 years! She gave us options and helped us get what we wanted and more! When we got our phones and watches, she walked us through set up and was so patient and helpful! Everyone there, like Nimi and Brandt, are so nice and accomodating. Go there. You'll feel glad you did!

Very good customer service with your employee Sam, mad it quick and easy for me and my brother to get us new phones. He made the necessary calls, and when I told him I forgot my iCloud password he got it up and going again. Thanks for the great customer service, it goes a long way!

I love T-Mobile and the T-Mobile store in Exeter Commons. When my son & I needed help with exchanging our phones Jazmine came to the rescue. She was kind & very patient along with explaining everything she was doing to our phones. She's the best!

I can't say enough about the help I received from Shaymar and her colleagues at the Exeter Commons T-Mobile store. I came in because I've been trying to close the account I had opened for my brother-in-law during COVID. He died three weeks ago without ever having used the phone and tablet we had gotten him. Shaymar and Nimi (?) not only showed real compassion for my situation, Shaymar insisted on helping to make sure that I would not be charged for yet another month of unused service. If my husband and I were not longtime Credo Mobile users, we would've switched to T-Mobile then and there.

Bran is the best! Switching phone carriers is always a hassle, but he made the experience enjoyable and was very transparent from start to finish! I made sure to recommend my family to him, and they had the same experience! 11/10. People like Bran make the world a better place.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this store today. Brandt and Bran E. are the dream team. They didn’t give up on a complicated problem I presented to them with a older phone. They have a great staff, great location and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return when it’s time for more phones😄

Everyone is always so friendly. I have been coming there for years and the employees are so nice. I prefer to see Lauren, and Domingo since they have been there for years now. It's nice to come in and see familiar faces. I always feel like they have my best interests in mind. I will always come to this store. T-Mobile Rocks!

Jeremy was super helpful in purchasing new phones. He was able to give us advice on which model to buy and made the process easy and quick. Thanks for the great service!

Customer service was above and beyond. Maria switched us from AT&T, activated one new phone, set up our gmail accounts, transferred our contacts, set us up with a plan that suited our needs and made sure we were 100% ready to go when we left the store.

5 stars for the team here. Special Thank you to Domingo who has great customer interaction. Please bring in more team members during busy time. I can't tell you how many times I turned around and walkout because 2 team members working and up to 4 or 5 other customers waiting. I'm sure you can tell your peak times. So you can put xtra people on? This is from a 13 year customer.

Clerk's are excellent at there job. They figure out problems in a snap. Domingo is great. I've dealt with him several times since August 2017.

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Place was very clean and social distancing was enforced. Plans are reasonable and coverage good in our areas.
