Fleet Feet Monroe

We had a staff shoe day and chose Fleet Feet Monroe to get everyone fitted perfectly. We called ahead since we were coming all at once with a big group. They said no problem on the phone and were ready to rumble when we arrived. The ladies in the front row took two or three of us at a time and made the experience exceptional. It was so much fun and exciting to see the staff get fitted with a shoe just right for their foot type and get to pick out what they wanted. Since we had a large group they also let my staff pick out a pair of socks too! We loved it and hope to make it an annual event.

We were greeted immediately as we entered the store. The young lady was very knowledgeable and in less than 5 minutes she had found three pair of shoes we were looking for. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

Lots of friendly faces as soon as we walked in the door. Immediately welcomed and offered assistance. We were able to purchase a couple of items in store but also needed to have one pair of shoes ordered. Smooth process for all parts. Highly recommend this store!

I came in looking for some new shoes to help me start running. The sales person (I think his name was Troy), was super friendly, asked good questions and helped me find the right fit. This is such a great store to help you find the right gear for your running and fitness needs!

Salesperson was very helpful! She found size and color we were looking for. She offered to order something if we didn't find what we wanted. She seemed knowledgeable in products offered!

The entire experience was enjoyable but Gracie was incredible. She patiently and kindly helped my husband and then myself try different shoes and gave feedback on all of them. She went to the back several times to find more shoes that better suited us and never once made us feel like an imposition. She was an absolute rockstar!

Great customer service- I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Sized my foot, brought out the pair I asked for, tried them on, then paid. In and out in less than 10 minutes. The shoes were also cheaper than the brands website!

Anytime you stop here you will find adequate staff eagerly awaiting to greet you and help you. I have shopped here multiple times and never been disappointed. They let you try different styles and brands until you find the one you want. I highly recommend stopping here , especially, if you’re in the need of a pair of sneakers!

I went on a Saturday afternoon around 4 pm….store was very busy…. I was waited within a minute.
The sales clerk, Lesleigh went out of her way to ensure I was fitted with the right shoe for me. She took me through the fitting computerize system for the right fit. She helped me choose the right pair for me. I would recommend Fleet Feet to everyone.

Was suggested a certain brand & make of shoe, they carried it, had it in stock in my size and a color I liked. In and out in basically no time with my new shoes that fit like a dream. Quality worth the price.

The staff at Feet Fleet Monroe are always helpful and never pushy. They want you to find the shoe that works for you. They helped me find my brand and size that works for me and now I just walk in and ask for this shoe in this size and see my color options and they bring them right out.

The girl who helped me was great, even when having to deal with my toddler who wanted to be in on the action! She brought me many different options to try and helped me compare to choose the one that was right for me.

The lady that assisted my mom and I was very nice. She helped us get our feet scanned and was very helpful suggesting the right shoes for us. We will definitely be back.
