They have a small food counter in the back, and we absolutely love their breakfast and lunches! Great food and prices for auch delicious food!

Manager harvests extra money for himself by advertising one price but programming the registers 20-30% higher when scanning barcodes. If the customer catches it then they will correct the price manually but not fix the cash register price so the next customer gets screwed over for the managers profit. Another Dhaliwal store doing the same as the rest of the Dhaliwal stores. Idk if it's the owner or the ones he employs but this happens across the entire chain. Stay away or watch the employees like a hawk to avoid getting taken.

Also the "we are a family run store" response is funny as can be. That means Dhaliwal endorses his family to screw the local customers anytime they can then give a generic response to shuck blame or try to save face when caught. Like a petulant child

Been customer for years as the store is stocked and always clean. Sunday made a purchase and register went down after signing transaction. The manager ended up reminding me on another register. Both transactions went through my bank for one transaction. I go back with proof that 2 transactions went through, with only 1 receipt proof. Manager on duty treated me like a dishonest customer. Talking about checking cameras, having to call someone, and saying come back tommorrow. They lost my future business over 16.71 and the lack of management skills of not be able to take care of a customer that had all the facts and he was too lazy to get his facts together right then to make a decision. Guess he needed to get back to stocking the candy aisle. Doesn't really matter how well stocked or how clean the store is, you gotta treat customers with respect, and take care of the issues they have that day.

Went today to get my son and I an icee bc we where in Monroe.....I shop almost every day or every other day at the nowsave in West Monroe and have spent well over $100 on icees for my kids in the past few months and they are always so friendly and I've never had a problem there at West Monroe location. So I go to fill an icee and the light is not on indicating it was ready. So I fill up and its VERY runny like they where being cheap and not adding enough ice. So I washed out the liquid in a sink that was right beside the machine I told the guy and I even rinsed out the sink and reused my same cup and bf I could go to fill it with another flavor the lady I'm asuming the manager or owner, runs up behind me with an attitude asking me which one had I poured out and pointing to me that the light was ready I had to explain to her that it still was runny like two times. She must be very greedy to make such a big deal over a simple icee....and its not my fault her machine didn't have enough ice or wasn't working properly. I went ahead and bought one but it was a very uncomfortable experience and it was still also runny. I'll never go there again not bc of the icee but bc of how greedy she acted.

Was sold this hard/burnt biscuit yesterday morning. When I called no one answered. Today I told the lady in the deli and both cashiers. The female cashier told me to take it up with Edna because they have nothing to do with the food. Weird, considering I paid at the register and not with Edna.

The young kid gave me the wrong change back it was short. I told them that it was wrong he got the manager they both said he gave me the right amount. There is know way to win. They automatically take his side. This is wrong

They very are rude every time I go in this store! They need to make customer service a priority!
