Don’t go during weekdays. Go on weekends. Nichole at the checkout is the best first off. I’ve been there maybe 3-4 times in the past week and spent well over $2,000 and the only one that comes close to making my time there pleasant was Mr E in paint. Everyone else I’ve seen managers included are very stand-off-ish.

I love all hardware stores since I worked for one for 10 years. The Home Depot in Monroe Louisiana always has what I need and employees that actually stop what they are doing to help you find anything you need, which is rare in these Big franchise hardware store. Home Depot had their act together during a natural emergency from Hurricane Laura. They were organized, professional and communicated well with the customers waiting in line. It was a very smooth process and very pleased they were selling one unit to one customer. Great job Home Depot!

I needed an air filter for my lawnmower and went right to the isle it was on. Also in the self checkout lane a lady helped me check out. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. Awesome job! Keep up the good work!

Great experience! A man I asked for help went and found a flat buggy and helped us load a air compressor. He waited on us to check out and my husband to get truck and helped load it. I wish I would have got his name I really appreciate his kindness. The cashier was Angelica a very nice lady also. The store was clean and had lots of beautiful flowers also.

The website directed straight to my item and with self checkout I was there less than 10 minutes.

My family visited this location on June 11, 2022 to buy a washer and dryer. We had done our research and have narrowed down our choices. Marty helped us with the purchase process, clearly explained what additional items we need, and ran through our options of delivery and installation. I qualified for an 18 month Financing promo. Through out this process, Marty was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He also explained when to expect a delivery call and put us all at ease knowing what to expect. Dim Pro Desk fellers are the greatest. The twins at the Pro Desk Frank and Dugg are professional at what they do. As well as the entire family they all do a dang great job dealing with customers.

Brenda the cashier was amazing! She was very polite and quick with the register. Very knowledgeable about her job.

Visited last week for some basic items. The selection was okay, but even certain types of buckets were out of stock, therefore this store is not my first choice from now on. Still, a good store and everything was neatly organized.

Sunday is very busy. Fair prices, great variety of everything we need. There is plenty motorized carts and usually charged which I appreciate due to requiring a wheel chair. Friendly staff.
