I love a good book store. This one is huge! Has a well stocked large collection. They sell used books as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my place in Monroe to buy books.

I love BAM, it's been a little while since I've been in but I can spend quite a bit of time just browsing. Mocha Joe's is always wonderful. I will have to get back in the habit of BAM when I'm in Monroe, it was so relaxing and enjoyable. There is nothing like the feel of a good book in your hands.

The workers here are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you have trouble locating something, they are quick to find it. Everything is clean and organized!

Gonna miss this BAM. There is a great selection on every topic from learning to magazines, children's books to adult books, spiritual to medical...fiction and non. I love the selection of toys and novelties too. You can find Asian snacks and collectibles. If you can't find a book, they will order it. I think the only thing I will not miss is the bathrooms.

Can't go in and then leave empty-handed.
Be careful visiting with children, they'll make you go broke.
Staff greeted us upon arrival, guy at the cashier was very kind.

The current employees are super friendly and kind. We were searching for several items, and they paused on what they were doing to help search with us. They even took the time to look in the back to make sure there were none in stock. The coffee is pretty good too. 10/10 recommend for casual study/work time or just basic lazy day browsing.

I LOVE THIS STORE, THERE WERE SO MANY BOOKS AND COOL THINGS IN HERE! They had books that I haven't been able to find! I got two demon slayer books, they were a bit pricey but it was a nice place!

Wide selection of materials and a super helpful staff. Engaged multiple employees on my most recent visit and every experience was great. They knew exactly which section of the store to find what I was looking for and helped me search through their Funko Pops for the exact character I was looking for. I really enjoy my shopping experiences at this location.

It was really nice to see a large brick and mortar book store thriving in the day of Amazon. Great sales on occasion, and the clearance rack is considerable.

Store was well organized with great selection. Staff was very helpful and they also had a nice selection of used books as well. They also sell Hallmark cards, DVDs and boardgames.

One of my favorite places in Monroe to hang out. Looking at the stacks is always enjoyable. I like meeting friends here for coffee because you're not right up next to others, giving room for conversation. Benny and the others make up a great coffee drink. There's always something new and interesting to peruse. Thanks a million Books-A-Million!

I was in there for hours!😳and could have camped out! They have a little bit of everything! The employees are usually helpful if you ask for help and the store is well kept. Somebody please give me a gift card already! Great overall experience!

Love this books-a-million! I first went by myself and then had to go back and bring my kids. The coffee shop is so good the staff is amazing the variety of books and games and little trinkets just blows my mind. Well worth the drive for us it's an hour and a half to get to this location, and we will definitely go back again and again!

Great selection of books. Was glad to see people shopping for books and communicating. It's rare to see that now. Great experience. Will visit again soon.

They have so many different types of books, and they don't just sell books! They sell a bunch of different items, and they have their own coffee shop inside the building. Right on the corner (outside the building) there is a place call Firehouse Subs and it is delicious. You should really consider going.
