I love everything about this place. Great service good service I never had my service at T-Mobile but it’s the best thing that ever happened to me. I would recommend you guys getting service at This T-Mobile everything is great there

An awesome customer service from Leslie, took the time to make sure everything went smoothly on getting a new phone. All of my questions were answered professionally, even got my phone screen installed perfectly. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience in this T-Mobile store. First, everyone greeted me. Then, Suzie (employee #****314) was very helpful answering all my multiple questions. She went over and beyond my expectations, explaining everything to me. Suzie checked my adapters to make sure I bought the correct matches for my son's cell phone. The mobile charger and adapter. Also, she spoke with me about home wi-fi and it sounds like a great deal. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank You so much! 😊

The staff was great. It was the day of the release of iphone 14 and we had no reservation so there was a wait. They continued to acknowledge that we were there and that they were working hard to get to us. They also updated us on how many customers were ahead of us. Once we were served, they were quick and took care of all of our issues. I might return to get the iphone 14 because of them.

I was assisted by Angie and she did an AMAZING job finding the best deal possible for a customer as unruly as myself

The employees were very friendly, much better than the store off florida and kirby.

I stopped by when the s pen for my galaxy note 8 started malfunctioning. I was pretty sure the pen was fried but I wanted to double check in case it was the phone. As soon as I walked in and explained the problem, an employee/real bro produced a replacement S Pen: "try this, if it works you can have it for free". Pen worked better than before.

I didn't visit t mobile today my son drove on esplanade n in Lil Cesar's plaza yesterday today. He drove thru staters bros plaza near t mobile not me

Was able to go in and get help to see if a phone would work on the network. They put a sim in and it work. Was able to switch my number their just had to have my account and pin number from my other Carrier
